Long wait for service not enough of employees

Gregg Pugliese

We wanted to try somewhere new. This restaurant was somewhere I wanted to try since it opened. Finally got my chance with my daughter and I stopping in one night after a dinner mishap at home. We were seated promptly on our arrival and offered the standard menu and a specials menu, as well as the waitress taking our drink order. Before our drinks arrived, we were given chips and salsa. Our drinks arrived, and our waitress answered a question we had promptly. Took our order, and food was out in what seemed like just a few minutes. Every time the waitress walked near us, she checked on us. We even asked if she could leave the water pitcher, and she did. My daughter tried the birra tacos, they came three to and order and nothing else with it. They were packed full of flavor, she said, and she enjoyed them. I tried the fajitas texanas. This was a large portion of food, it came on a sizzling plate filled with beef, chicken, shrimp and grilled vegetables, a side plate with some shredded lettuce, small portion of guacamole and sour cream, as well as a plate of rice and refried beans along with three hot tortillas. The taste was excellent, I could have used a dozen tortillas with this portion of food. Piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Had to take some home. I thought this food was very good and the service was outstanding.

Food came out hot, beer was ice cold, wait staff was friendly and helpful, very close to the resort we were staying at, portions were good, prices very reasonable, restaurant was clean, had crayons and a kids menu for our child to color on. We were very satisfied we will be returning on our next trip.

First time to Myrtle Beach - from the East Coast. This place was excellent. The portions were plentiful. We had the happy hour nachos and were impressed with the amount of ground beef on them. Kept our drinks filled, and chips and salsa coming. If you are looking for a pleasant place to eat delicious Mexican cuisine, we highly recommend this place!
