Heads up: make sure you get the drink you want in the cup you want before you pay and tip. If they make a mistake, they won’t switch it.
Your only option is to request a refund, fill out a form, and maybe get your money back in a few days.
I chose to toss the drink in the trash instead of dealing with the incompetence. Smh.

We always tend to come to Fat Tuesdays when we're down in Myrtle Beach. Wet Willies doesn't compare with their drinks. Fat Tuesday's drinks are always on point, but the employees could use a shake-up. This time, they were not attentive, forgetting one of our drinks (three drinks were on our order) as well as one guy seemingly griping about making a particular drink that we ordered.

I have never in my life seen this anywhere before. I am literally placing my order at the counter and the bartender is scrolling his phone right by the register, basically ignoring me. Also a line of 6 groups/couples/people took 15 minutes to get to the front. The worst service I have ever seen.

I came down for a quick get away decided to stop by this spot on Saturday the 26th. The worst experience I’ve ever had I gave the manager my ID which was a veterans ID. Manager stated it’s expired I have an indef ID it doesn’t ever expire. Her attitude was so nasty when I attempted to educate her on a veterans id. She threw my ID on the counter and I asked that she hand it to me! She told me to get out and threw out there yea thank you for your service and laughed with a smirk! I asked who is your supervisor and she stated she doesn’t have one no one is over her! I reached out online to file a formal complaint before I did a review haven’t heard anything back! I haven’t ever in my life been disrespected on a level like this ever! I will not ever come back here and will be for sure telling other people about the horrible experience here!

Waste of money

Horrible customer service and extremely long wait for food. Refused to give a refund after waiting 30 minutes for wings ans fries. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! Go accross the walk to Wet Willies!!

Hunter is the best she took very good care of my group.. all in a timely manner and while working by herself.. she definitely deserves a raise.. we definitely will be back tomorrow lol

We really enjoyed our visit. Hunter was very professional. The food was hot and fresh!! We will return.
