We had a business meeting that required a large amount of food, so we reached out to Scott Pickurel to coordinate the best way to make it happen. Had Hook and Ladder subs. They were great! Always eat here when in Myrtle Beach. We ordered one on white and one on Wheat. The big surprise was the new menu option of fries. They were AMAZING! Very crispy on the outside with a special hero sauce (kind of a mayo chup). You will not be disappointed.

Who puts Mayo on an Italian sub. Awful! Plus subs were soggy!

The friendly atmosphere established by Scott and his great crew, especially Shaquille, always smile and relay a great aura. They remember people and their names Their service is always speedy.
The food orders are always accurate, served hot...you can see steam. And very tasty.
Prices are very competitive... great value for the money. The staff always offers suggestions. And often I don't even get up. They bring it to me!
The reward system and the combination choice with no uncharged for the drink size is a great reward.

So we ordered an Italian sub and steak and cheese. 2 cookies, a brownie and 2 chips. The 2 cookies and 1 bag of chips were missing, the steak and cheese was on top of the Italian so it was soggy by the time we got home (we live 15 min away), and the brownie was burned. Food wasn't bad (subs at least), this is actually our first time eating at firehouse in general so little upsetting

Ordered online, super easy and quick. Was greeted by very pleasant employees when we went in to pick up our food! Everything was very good and packaged well! Highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner!
