Firehouse Subs Marketplace at the Mill

The Thanksgiving Sub is not as advertised, I had one the other night, not carved Turkey. The sandwich was chopped Turkey and it was awful, what is going on? I'm tired of being taken advantage of!

I came in the other day and ordered a sandwich and just let me say that was the best sandwich I’ve ever had it was definitely made with love(I got the Italian). with just the best customer service out of any fast food restaurant I’ve been to not to mention the bathroom it was very clean and smelled fresh like it was just cleaned.

The fresh ingredients and perfectly toasted bread made my turkey sub delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. "Firehouse Subs" on international is a must-visit for a great sub!

if i could give zero starts i would. if you want your order to be incorrect 100% of the time, then this is the place for you! i love Firehouse subs but this location is horrendous in every aspect. they claim they’re busy (which is understandable) however if you look online it doesn’t say they’re hiring. if you’re short staffed, why wouldn’t you be hiring? the managers are useless, the staff isn’t friendly, and they mess up 100% of orders placed (this is my fifth and final chance given to them). i watched 5 people along with myself walk back in today because they also had incorrect orders. the best thing this franchise could do would be to shut down this location and try again. don’t waste your time here, drive to their 38th ave location where you can actually get quality service and a delicious meal.

Slackest firehouse I been to EVERYTIME. I get there they always mess my food up and then always out of everything. Everytime I try this location it’s just a bad experience don’t waste your time.

I have been in several times and each time the employees are rude, do not communicate when orders are ready, do not make orders correctly, etc.

Ordered a Cajun sub with turkey instead of chicken as the manager (cole) suggested and it was amazing! Great sub, service was fantastic and the staff were polite and very friendly and knowledgeable! Will be back again very soon!

I've eaten at firehouse over 50 times in my life. Had a coworker who loved the place (Rest in peace bro). I hate to say this but sometime they could be a hit in a miss and the employees don't seem to listen very well. Half the time you say no mustard they put mustard on it they don't give you pickles or napkins I don't know what to say about them I guess you get what you pay for.
