I tried to call to place an order. Put on hold twice. Called 3rd time finally someone took my order
Ordered 10 minutes before arrival and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food that was not even made yet. It took 5 minutes for someone to come out to ring me up.
While waiting for my order all the employees were goofing off playing around 3 employees and no one said hi ! Welcome to firehouse or said to me someone will be with u.all they wanted to do is laugh play around and walk in circles like they didn’t know what they were doing.
Place looked dirty not clean at all
Needless to say I will NOT be back to that Firehouse!! EVER!
Food was not that good and very sloppy. I had grease all over my box.
Someone needs to get on these employees. Have decent management. The owner also needs to get this place in shape and. Get employees that want to work not play around . Waiting all this time for two subs is ridiculous.

This location used to have a great team that was fast, friendly, & gave out great food. Now the staff is rude and sounds like they hate life. I never EVER get the correct food anymore. I have been there only 3 times in the past year due to the terrible staff and EVERY single time I get something completely different than what I ordered. Same thing happened again today. Fire your lazy staff and hire people that want to work!!!

Got an Italian sub, meat was mushy and gross but I fought through it cause I was starving 🙃.
Workers all looked miserable, had a staring contest with cashier before she took my order and kids took about 20 minutes to make sandwich. I was the only customer btw
