Its Firehouse subs. This isnt a place for atmosphere.

Update, I'm sorry management took this as a negative review, which it isn't. Simply a statement of fact, food is excellent, service is good, just not going to hang out here, for the evening.

I walked in was greeted by two members of the staff immediately. I waited in line when it came my turn to order the lady smiled at me and says how can I help you which I know may not seem like a lot but trust me today it is. My food was ready they call my name out I got it and they told me to have a nice day. And the restaurant was very clean and well kept.

This Firehouse Subs Sayebrooke, on Hwy 544, is very convienent, has a pleasant staff, and their subs meet or exceed what would be expected. We always use this Firehouse because of convenience, their speed, and accuracy of orders. We recommend them highly.

The staff is nice but this is the most poorly managed restaurant. They are constantly out of items, I’ve been 5-6 times in last two months. Constantly out of cheese and banana peppers. Tonight they’re out of ham cheese chicken and lots of other things. They need some help and accountability.

Ordered online from Firehouse Subs because they are my favorite sub place, and after picking up the order, I discovered that one of the sandwiches only had two ingredients. I was frustrated, so I returned and asked them to remake the sandwich, and they were more than happy to do so. Lisa and the rest of the team were more than willing to help with our sandwich mishap. Thank you, Lisa and Crew, we appreciate your patience and service.

Stop here while visiting family. Staff was friendly and all very sweet. Food was done as I ordered and even got extra pickles. (Those are the best) Will return to this store again.
