The food abd service was good. Tge restaurant is only open on a limited schedule Thursday-Sunday. Unfortunately, the interior is well worn and definitely needs updated.

If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming pickup experience — maybe try literally anywhere else. When I asked where to pick up my order, one employee answered normally and politely: “At the window.” Nothing wrong with that.
The problem came the very next second. I repeated it quietly in my own (not perfect) English — and before I could even turn away, one of the three employees loudly mocked the way I said it. Not quietly, not behind closed doors — but right there, out loud, as if it was the funniest thing in the world. And then all three of them burst into laughter, directly behind my back.
So yes, apparently this store believes it’s acceptable to turn a paying customer into a comedy show. If their goal was to make me feel unwelcome and humiliated — congratulations, they nailed it.

The staff was incredibly nice. The food was great and cheap. I think it would be great for a family visiting the amusement park next door. Also, be sure to try the ice cream 🤤
Edit: Management posts fake responses but they don’t respond if you contact them directly. They don’t really want to make it right or improve.
Pay attention to your final bill. The waitress was nice but ended up sneaking in multiple $3 fees for flavor substitutions that she didn’t mention when we asked about them.

We love friendlys! They all closed in our hometown so we now only experience it while on vacation! Things have definitely changed on the menu. Its still long and we ordered a few things that the picture next to the words wasn't that product in the picture. The waffle fries came out so hard we asked they redo them and the second time they were better. The reeses PB sundae is still amazing! And honey BBQ supremelt was ok. Definitely went a little downhill but we come for the nostalgia.
