We haven't had fuddruckes in a long while ,decided to take a trip to myrtle Beach for the day and stop in. The burgers are still good /price went up a bit ,ok ,but what I didn't expect the dismal amount of fries ,not only that, the plates are smaller to make it look like your get alot of fries WRONG ! ,they used to give extra fries ,well that's gone too You've closed many locations, keep going the way you are and you'll close down permanently I've always said if someone cheaps out on fries ,start looking elsewhere, what else are they going to cheap out on next " THE MEAT?"

It was one of the worst experiences I have had . The food bar had wasted food all over. The cook could not get our order correct. Everyone on the staff seemed to be annoyed by us being there and asked for the correct order.

Cashier was very rude and almost wouldn't allow me to order a child's meal, unless my child was standing right there. She demanded that only children under 12 can get kids meals. She even was rude in asking my children's ages. I've never been though anything like that before.

Stopped in during a big volleyball tournament at the Convention Center for a quick burger. The cashier was very very nice welcoming us with southern hospitality. Despite being busy, our burgers came quick, hot, and perfectly cooked to order! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
