Profesional staff and excellent food. The buffet was also well-stocked and clean. The servers made sure every plate was full and that everyone got more than they needed of their favorite meats! We were a large party with 5 young children (and one infant) and the staff treated the children with equal respect; it was as much for the kids as it was for the adults. This made the kids very comfortable and excited to be there — My 4 year old tried lamb!! The lamb was amazing, and highly recommend the pineapple.
Special shoutout to the server who was a fellow Buffalo Bills fan - Go Bills!

We are here from Maryland and came by to try the food since we are always going to FOGO, and this place did not disappoint !!!! Everything was fresh and well seasoned , the service was great ! Before I leave on Sunday , I will be going back

The entire experience was wonderful but a special thanks to KEYKO & COLIN who seemed to go out of their way for us.

The food was great. The staff was by far the best I have experienced. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The ambiance was perfect, and my pleasure to have dined there. I will continue to make it a main visit on all my trips.

Gauchos is an absolute masterpiece! The meats were perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with an incredible variety to satisfy any craving. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Truly a top-tier Brazilian steakhouse experience! Felt like home 🇧🇷

Pulled up around 7 pm on a Saturday night and the place was dead on the outside. Decided to give it a chance and so glad we did. The place was in a lull between busy times so we lucked out and it was almost empty for about thirty minutes and then got packed again. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive, personable, and very helpful. We did not have to wait until our server showed up, several helped out as they were walking around as appropriate. The meats were all delicious. The strip and filet were cooked to perfection and were full of flavor, not just dripping salt like some places. The lamb chops were so tender they almost fell off the bone in your mouth. The lamb leg was cooked expertly and was full of flavor and so tender. My only complaint, and it had no impact on my dining experience, was that most of the salad bar was cold. I really wanted the asparagus hot but did not ask if that was a possibility lol. Anyways, we filled up a plate, sat down and started flipping the card Green for meat and they kept it coming. Afterwards we had some flan and key lime pie which they were awesome enough to put happy anniversary on the pie plate. Recommend for everyone to eat here.

Was really impressedby the food and the service here. Ive been to one of the big brazilian steakhouse chains in the past but this was so much better. Definitely give it a try.
