Ginos Real New York Pizza

We tried out their breakfast. Their pizza was already amazing so we were excited to see them opening up early and serving breakfast. I can tell you, you won’t be disappointed! Absolutely delicious! Great service and atmosphere too. Rosaria is amazing! She talked to all of her customers and made sure everyone loved the food. Definitely not disappointed and will be back. For breakfast and lunch

Bought a Sicilian pizza today and it was soggy and sloppy. The worse I ever had. Worse than that? I called to complain and the woman on the phone said. Sorry there is no one here to complain to. wowww very nicely run business.

Paid for 20" pizza, was given 16" called back and guy on the phone argues I was given right pizza. Yet all 20" pizza from other locations not only come in larger box, they are noticeably larger! These new staff members will run this location into the ground.

Man what happened Ginos ?!?!?!? I used to enjoy this place frequently being that I worked nearby a couple years ago.. I always recommended this place to people and told everyone ginos on forestbrook specifically was TOP OF THE LINE... I came back today for the first time in years and I was BEYOND let down, from the time I got to the register... I was behind just one person and once I got to the register the young man taking orders had a very rude attitude which I've NEVER encountered here.. there was always some nice girl or women at the counter always friendly and welcoming..when I handed the young man my card to charge he pretty much shoves the card reader on me and tells me "tap" "tap" "tap" .. I couldn't even get out my mouth fast enough that my card don't "TAP"... Once I finally tell him this.he takes my card out my hand and tries tapping it himself... then after that as I waited for my order business seemed to pick up and he was interested in a cigarette break .. I seen him multiple times trying over and over to get out the door to smoke but the phone kept him stuck behind the counter and he would have to walk back in . . One of the times he walked by me he asks me what I'm waiting for.. I told him the 20 inch pepp and cheese I just placed with you ..... he just looks at me and mumbles something walking away again attempting his cigarette break... Once my pizza was finished the man behind the counter asked what my order number was I told him I wasn't sure because I did not get a receipt and he quickly recognized the pizza on the counter was mine and he gave me two free ranch cups which I appreciated .... Once I got home tired from working all day I sat down with my family to enjoy our pizza and had to re cut it myself with our pizza cutter because the pizza was only scored and I couldn't even tear it apart .. that's fine though..the taste is what threw me... I remember ginos pizza being crispy around the edges soft dough and pepperonis crisp yet tender...this pizza was completely opposite.. my pepperonis was limp and light in color like they weren't cooked enough.. cheese was still in shape as it would be freshly spread as in you could see the cheese peices and not melted together pulling apart and lastly the ranch had to of been hidden valley because when I had their ranch way back it was literally what sparked my interest in ranch and I have NeVeR liked ranch ...OVERALL, IM FULL THATS IT.. not satisfied with the service, food quality or just the all around experience..come on ginos you guys were legendary.. maybe they're experiencing hardships with workers or it's been a strain to keep quality while having opened multiple other locations.. I would give ginos another try in the future at redemption but it won't be this location sadly..

This is one amazing place if you would like good New York style pizza. I always enjoy their cannolis as well. There are two locations and this one is a bit more of a hole in the wall so the atmosphere isn't as good as the other Gino's but it still has the same great amazing food.

Our pizza was tasty and good quality. The sauce had that nice tangy spiced right flavor that you find in the Northeast. The chicken strips were nicely fried and of a good size and the portion was large enough. The dough/crust could have been a little thinner and cooked a bit longer to brown the bottom further. My husband and I are from North Jersey with parents from The Bronx, so we are used to the style of pizza from those areas and Gino's was good enough to return to if we are in that part of the area. We live in Surfside. Clean restrooms. Small place with several tables for eating in. They also have fountain soda and Italian cookies.

A friend who lives in the area suggested this pizza. We ordered a thin crust cheese and the grandma pie with pepperoni, mushroom and sausage. It was awesome! Best pizza we've had in a while and Myrtle Beach.

Sadly we won't be back for a long while and it's unfortunate because this place is on the route home. Just disappointed too many times. The food quality seems good, but this place just can't get our damn order right. It's even more upsetting when you wait to pick up your order, drive 20 min home, then find out it's all wrong. Ex. Ordering a pizza with lite sauce and getting an all white pizza instead; ordering a cheesesteak and getting a chicken with onion instead. I could go on but I'll spare everyone the details. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the place looks clean. Good luck.
