I came across Gino’s Real NY Pizza when I was in the Murrells Inlet area. I’m a recent transplant from New York, and this place is legit! The first time here I had an excellent white slice and this visit had a great plain slice. Do yourself a favor!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years. In the last year the food has been getting worse. My last order was a sausage parm sub with jalapeño peppers and very light sauce. There was more peppers than sausage and dripping with sauce . The bread seemed like it was microwaved . They have gone from one of the best places in Myrtle to one of the worst. Until they fix their problems I won’t be eating there

Finally found some good Sicilian pizza in the area! Sauce is perfect and loaded with cheese, thick crust.Also, they have Cheerwine on the fountain which is even better.
