We usually go here in the day and the staff and cookies are amzing but went today around 4:30, went to open the doors and they were locked. Lights on and everything. Disappointing, if you are on lunch at least have a sign ??♀️

Almost 30 dollars for 13 cookie shaped bricks. So upsetting. All the Great American Cookies near me in NC have closed so I was so excited to be in SC for a tournament and see there was still a store. Went 45 mins before closing and explained to the girls working that I was from out of town and the only cookies that I liked were the Great American Sugar Cookies and if they had been baked recently and were they still soft. They assured me they were. Boxed them up and we left getting on the road to head home. Imagine my disappointment when I reached into the box they taped close to pull out a brick hard enough to break a tooth on. I could not eat one cookie. Had to throw them all in the trash. If the quality had been great to me it would have been a small price to pay for the best cookies in the world but for the price I paid for trash has me still angry after driving home for 4 hours.

the taste of the cookies are good, but i paid $34 for 13 cookies which is already ridiculous and then i was shorted 2 cookies.... this place has always been one of my little treats to myself but the price is so high now it's just not worth it anymore, especially if i'm not even going to get my full order of cookies :(
