Racist... They won't even consider a musician who is not of color... If that's not racist I don't know what is... I play and appreciate music of all genres but simply because I'm white I'm not even considered for the job... If that ain't Jim Crowe I don't know what what is... Just curious as to why the question was asked if I was African American? In today's era why would that be an issue? Either I'm good enough or not..
