The chicken was greasy and dark brown as if cooked in old oil. The biscuit was hard. Even the replacement biscuit was hard. My husband's biscuits fell all to pieces as he was eating it. Tea was like water. Rug was sticky and made our shoes stick to the floor as we walked. Not again!

I've been coming to this location for years but it's really going downhill the last 6 month. My breakfast orders are always incorrect. I always order the Frisco burger but they don't even make an attempt to toast it anymore and the one I got tonight it wasn't even a Frisco It was completely cold for starters the bread was not even toasted and it was just a hamburger with cheese and bacon no tomatoes or mayo. Don't order the Frisco here if you don't want to have to toast it when you get home or you just like buttered bread.

My wife and I did mobile app orders, drive thru. If you only order fries, I think they should be fresh and hot. These were not. But she ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was very tasty.

This is the second time this has happened: I ordered two biscuits that took 15 minutes (with no other customers) to get out. They put them on the counter and didn’t tell me, so i had to walk up to ask if it was my order. I didn’t get a receipt with my order so I can’t even complain properly. Food service requires basic communication, thanks!

We had lunch from Hardee's today, ordered through DoorDash, and the food was normal. While we were not satisfied with our meal, we think Hardee's could improve the quality of their food. Maybe a bit more effort would take it to the next level.

General manager Siera was rude and loud! I will not come again and will advise everyone I drive that comes here to Myrtle Beach to never come here and fyi I see over 1,000 tourist a week! She said she been talking to people like that for 15 years well I that her customer service career is done! She needs to be retrained on tonality to customers! I will be posting this encounter on my 7.3k page
