Stopped for a quick to go Breakfast and the woman rings me up for XL combos..i asked for small.... . 2 combos 28 bucks.... then no napkins... then Kodys Super Biscuit had fake egg on it when it was supposed to have a real fried egg on it... walked inside and they say because of the egg shortage they can't fry eggs.... well you #$%# thing you CHARGED me for a Super Biscuit. Stay away from this place at all cost! 🤬

Phillip B was awesome! The Frisco Burgers were amazing. The fries were awful - tasted like they were cooked in old oil. And it's freezing in the lobby!
Kid-friendliness: One high chair but it's not a very big dining room. Lots of options for kids meals.
Went to Hardee’s for breakfast 10:00 am. Lady behind counter filled 10 orders while we waited 25 minutes to place our order. She said she would be with us, then Totally ignored us while she proceeded to fill orders. Apparently they are short handed because they desperately needed a cashier and a person filling food orders. I love it that they have a WAIT chart on the wall. It was blank except for one line completed that said 4.3 min. Wait time from another day. I wanted to fill in MY wait time of 25 min. Hardee’s your customer service needs help! Their food was hot and good, thank goodness after long wait time for no reason. They could have at least apologized for wait and gave us a free item!

I'm from out west. So, we have Carl's Jr everywhere. I ordered a famous star plain (double patty). I just wanted to enjoy a grilled burger. Ya'll burnt the jazz outta that meat!! Whoever is on the grill needs to know the cow is already dead ☠️. It was so dry it had ashes falling off! Not only that but it was lukewarm at best.
