Stopped for a quick to go Breakfast and the woman rings me up for XL combos..i asked for small.... . 2 combos 28 bucks.... then no napkins... then Kodys Super Biscuit had fake egg on it when it was supposed to have a real fried egg on it... walked inside and they say because of the egg shortage they can't fry eggs.... well you #$%# thing you CHARGED me for a Super Biscuit. Stay away from this place at all cost! 🤬

TERRIBLE customer service! Tried to go through the drive thru on my bicycle with my sleeping child in the bike cart to avoid having to wake him up and was DENIED service! Allegedly assistant manager Florence said we needed to come in order to be served. Respectfully it’s a DRIVE THRU which is what I was doing, driving thru. I took my business right next door to the KFC who was more than happy to serve me on my bike. It’s called going the extra mile for the customer which is obviously something this establishment is not familiar with.

The management here is awesome. The excellent customer service is very rare. The good was very good and the timing was beat good. First time coming here and this was a great experience. The facility was very clean as well.

Thank you! For 47 years I have had the privilege of eating at many Hardee restaurants. This store was very clean and fast. Food was exactly what I expected. The new general manager said she is very excited about helping this location gain positive momentum and growth.

When we come down from NC, we always eat breakfast here. It is th3 cleanest, best run Hardee's we have ever been to. Th3 food is ALWAYS fresh and hot. The staff are super friendly and polite. I wished the o3ner of this Hardee's o3ned th3 9nes in Winston-Salem NC! Oh, and bring one of you managers too, these guys and gals know how to run a restaurant!!! Hope to be back down again soon.

Hardees steak biscuits are THE BEST. They are always fresh, and the steak is hot. I love their steak biscuit combo. The prices are good and they serve breakfast until noon every day.

The food wasn't bad but there was someone who I can only assume is a manager yelling at everyone working in the place. She was belittling and rude to one poor male worker and in the face screaming at another female. I can only imagine what the morale of those workers must be. That's no way to motivate people. If I was the workers I would walk out and work for anyone else. It's embarrassing to the poor workers at that restaurant. She should be embarrassed and ashamed of herself.
