The people were very friendly and the service was great. I'm not going to comment on the food really. It's a Hardee's and a Hardee's is a Hardee's. The food was prepared well. All in all this is a good Hardee's and I would recommend it to other people.

Food was inedible and fries were not at all fresh. We ate in and were the only two people inside. The photo I’m sending is a Mushroom Swiss burger. My friend ordered a ham and cheese. Before we could get our drinks and sit down the food was ready…so obviously not fresh.

The chicken on our breakfast platter was cooked too long, almost burnt. It was hard and too salty too. We couldn’t eat it. My husband exchanged it for sausage and was given 3 pieces without argument, so kudos to them for that! That’s why they get 5 stars for service! The biscuit and eggs were pretty good. The hash browns were hard like they’d been left out, but not all of them. The facility looked as if it needs a good cleaning and there was some tables that needed bussing while there was workers standing around.

8/30/2025. When I arrived at Hardee’s at 402 South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I noticed several people waiting in line ahead of me to order. It was about 10 AM during tourist season. After a 10-minute wait, Jewel smiled, made eye contact, and greeted me, offering assistance. I told her that I would like to order a biscuit, small hash rounds, and a Sweet Cherry Shake. I also notified her that I had a $3 discount coupon for the shake. She smiled and repeated the order. I verified that it was correct, and Jewel accepted my payment. Five minutes after placing my order, Jewel alerted me that my order was ready and wished me a wonderful rest of my day. Considering the number of customers in the store, the management and staff of this Hardee's store did an excellent job of providing stellar customer service. The shake was delicious, as were the biscuit and hash rounds. I recommend this Hardee’s location and Jewel to family and friends.

Well, gotta love it when you order a sandwich with no tomato on it and you accidentally drop it on your lap while trying to take off the tomato you didn't want.....
Looking at the receipt, it was rang up incorrectly, so it wasn't the cooks fault.
Always a treat! Tourists are here in Myrtle Beach now , thus wait time about 5 minutes. Had the new burger with bbq added. So nice. Recommend it to all.
