Horrible service. The wings were undercooked and had very little sauce if any.. said something to the waitress she brought me more sauce and it charge me six dollars for it. What a joke !!

This hooters have gone woke. This will be my last visit to ANY HOOTERS due to their "corporate policies," bartender informed me of their 3 beer policies. I'm walking and staying at a close by hotel. You all are not the Hooters from back in the day. YOU flaunt your servers and act woke this is Hypocrisy at its finest. The menu I ordered my grill cheese and cup of chili was advertised for 9.99. But they charged 20.00. Haha. This is corporate greed at its finest. 100% increase. Never again.

The AC was out, and our initial 30-minute wait turned into an hour wait after we had been there 15 minutes. We left after several patrons told us their waitresses were grumpy and hot, and the food was subpar that day.

Took a buddy of mine in this evening 9/21/24 who was upset cause heās crippled and some of our so called Shriner brothers left him at the hotel I believe cause they didnāt want to deal with him and his situation. He called me and asked for my wife and I to come down to the hotel restaurant and eat with him. He canāt drive and the other guys wouldnāt take him with them to go eat, we werenāt hungry but we went down anyway. We werenāt impressed so decided to take him somewhere else. He said he had never been to Hooters so we took him and I must say our waitress was so awesome and went above and beyond to make him feel good I believe her name was Brittany. We were so impressed with her service and the way she treated us . I was unaware that when I helped him to the restroom my wife had told the waitress what had happened. We couldnāt thank her enough. She had more waitresses come over they sang happy birthday and took pictures with him. I know Iāll probably never see her again but Brittany if you happen to see this thank you again. You really made his night.

It's been a long time since we've been to a Hooters. Our kids really loves wings and some may say people don't go to hooters for the wings but we always did! We decided to take them but the place is just not the same as it used to be. I was on the fence between a 3 and a 4. Had I never been to a Hooters then I would have given it a 4 for sure! The problem is I KNOW how great most of them used to be. The girls would sit with you. (There were plenty of girls so none were overworking themselves) They would pull paper towels off and give each person at least one. As long as it wasn't too busy they'd offer to peel the shrimp for you. They were always going above and beyond and would just sit and chit chat sometimes. They would always try and make some kind of conversation with kids and make you feel like you were more than a customer. While our waitress was sweet and smiling and absolutely did her job, I just expected more. The food was good! We really wanted wings that had good sauce and not over done and that's what we got. The portions were smaller than they used to be but we expected that. I would absolutely encourage people to go there if you want good buffalo sauce and wings but I doubt we will be going back. Just hard to look past the expectations of my past memories. Not sure any place will ever be that way again and I'll just have accept this.

Server came to the table a total of two times our entire stay. Had to ask for drinks several times along with our starter being forgotten then told that the kitchen forgot it. Servers making TikTokās instead of greeting tables. Sad to see and we come here for good service but disappointed to see business struggling to had adequate workers.

We came at opening so their wasn't a worry of having to wait. We were seated right away and the waitress came over. She was very pleasant and attentive. Despite just opening kitchen was ready food came out in a timely fashion. The curly fries with cheese were good, I liked the cheese it added a nice flavor. Hot wings were crispy and the sauce was good. The wings were meaty. I would definitely go again.
