Hooters is disappearing in Canada so my wife and I visit this location when we are in town. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Food was served hot, delicious and plentiful. Margaritas were also great.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, the hostess asked if we wanted the table near the window to sit seven people. We said yes. We also noticed the table was not washed off from the people before us. We asked if she can clean the table. She takes off and never comes back. Another waitress sits us at another table near the bar. As the meal progresses, my husband orders a beer. The beer that he ordered sat there for 15 minutes at the bar while the bar tender sat at the bar eating. Finally we asked the waitress to please bring the beer.

We looked forward to a great chicken sandwich at Hooters while on vacation. Instead, it was overcooked, dry, and no sauce at all. We ordered chicken sliders for granddaughter but didn't get that either. Instead, she was served hamburger sliders. We would have sent everything back, but we waited for over 1 hour just for that! We were starved! Our 8 year old granddaughter even said, "Why is it taking so long? I am starved. "I guess at least the drinks were delicious.

Great food, my son loved the burger options for sure, and the fact that you could order a 4 patty burger. Kinda exactly what you would expect the atmosphere to be of course, but it was a fun experience and I would definitely go again, although I would definitely not get as spicy of a sauce, cuz that 3 mile Buffalo sauce is so much hotter than I expected, and I love spice ?

Horrible experience. Took 40 min to get drinks because the ‘bartender was having a breakdown in the bathroom.’ Asked to speak to the manager, and he was terrible- didn’t seem to care, and said they were shutting down the bar, meanwhile there are several patrons getting served at the bar. This was at 5:30pm on a Saturday.Our drinks appeared, and were wrong. I went to the bar to inform them, because our waitress was no where to be found. It took two trips to the back to find the correct bottle, with no one seeming to care. This place is a joke. Will not be back.
Well, it's been a few years since I've been to Hooters and if this establishment is the new norm, it will be a lot longer before I return. I have no tolerance for people who do not take their responsibilities seriously. After saying she was going to get her pad to take my order, the bartender struck up a conversation with another patron at the bar . There was too much, "You feel me?" and "I know, right?" going on and not enough hustle. Might as well put a sign outside that says, "Be prepared to wait for service while we flap our lips."

Unsweetened tea was water not tea.Server, Courtney, took over 20 minutes to take our order (not busy).Fries were cold and undercooked.Noone came to do a check until the end and it was a manager.

We are away from home vacationing and were skeptical of dining here based on some of the recent reviews we read. Our last Hooters experience (at our local establishment) was really poor. It was so poor, the manager comped our ticket. We have not dined at our local Hooters in over a year.This experience was excellent. Our waitress (Abby) was familiar with the menu, promptly bought our beverages and demonstrated perfect timing when she took our order, delivered our order and checked to see if everything was to our liking. I was shocked to learn she has only been serving for about 5-6 weeks. The food was prepared wonderfully. We will definitely return to this location. I wish our local Hooters was run in this manner.
This Hooters has become my home away from home! The staff here are awesome and I always feel welcome when I arrive. The food is top-notch!! Keep on doing it right, Hooters!!
