We had a wonderful meal! The caprese salad, pasta, and pizza were all excellent. Our server was really nice and helpful, easily confirming the vegetarian options. The complimentary bread and olive oil with garlic were the best part—absolutely delicious! The vodka sauce pasta had a particularly lovely aroma.

I got a pizza togo the Hawaiian! I can't comment on service bc we didnt eat in however, when i order eveyone was friendly and fast. This pizza was the best pizza i have ever had! The sauce was great, crust amazing, toppings where fresh! I will be back if u are craving a good woodfire pizza come here. You will not regret it!!

We had the pleasure of dining at Hot Tomato in Myrtle Beach on two different evenings, and both experiences were fantastic.
On the first night, we enjoyed the Sorrentino and the Saltimbocca — both were absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and full of authentic flavor. The following evening, we tried the Cheese Sticks, Chicken Wings, and Mozzarella Caprese, and once again, everything exceeded our expectations.
After living in the U.S. for three years, this is the first Italian restaurant where the menu truly matches authentic Italian taste and quality. The portions are generous, the food is fresh and beautifully presented — as if it just came straight from the chef’s knife to the table.
My husband and I were delighted with the entire experience and left feeling that we had enjoyed something truly special.
We highly recommend Hot Tomato to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach!

We had the BEST experience at Hot Tomato. Our server, Yannae, was exceptional. She answered every question with a smile. If she wasn’t sure of something, she’d would find out and let us know. (Ex.: Fresh catch of the day.) There were two couples. Each of us enjoyed our dinners. The food was delicious and authentically prepared. Our server, the food, and entertainment was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Nothing specifically stood out that was very positive. It’s a good restaurant, but the food quality has definitely taken a turn for the worse in the span of just under two years. The fries are good, the same type of fries you would find at any other restaurant. The fettuccine alfredo was obviously reheated. It just had greasy water and parmesean instead of the creamy alfredo sauce that was there in 2022.

Came back to the hostess stand and asked for a manager- I could see the hostess asking for manager and the manager refusing to come to the stand- he then walked away. It was 8:00 on a Saturday night. Don’t waste your time and come here. 9/20/25 at 8pm.

The stuffed mushroom appetizer was really good, would have been nicer with a glass of wine however I placed a Togo order. There are four.
Ordered the basic cheese pizza with salad combo deal. The cheese is that weird hardened chewy kind? I personally don’t care for it. The ranch was not good. The salad was very fresh and an ample portion.
I gave the hostess my name for my pickup order then instead of getting it, she seated people behind me first, then asked my name again, just thought that was a little rude.

If you want an Italian food experience in MB, this is the place. I’ve eaten in Italy on multiple occasions, and this place nails it. Attention to detail, is key. If you want delicious food, you must try the Hot Tomato. The fig and prosciutto pizza is divine. Thin crispy and delicioso. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I decided to dine here for our 14th wedding anniversary. What a mistake that was. We were giving the bartender as our waiter. He was absolutely slammed at the bar so it took quite a while just to get our drink order taken. Then it was another long wait just for our food order. Again we waited for a long time for our food to arrive. My wife said hers was fine but mine was cold and the side of garlic bread I ordered never came. I ordered lobster ravioli for $24. It wasn't worth 24 cents. I could have made it back at our room for $5 or less. Our waiter however was fantastic and did the best he could do while also tending a full bar plus all the other patrons who were ordering alcoholic drinks. I was very disappointed in food quality for the price and plan to never dine here again.
