Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

🤳🏼🤔😔😐😠😕🫤🙁☹️😢I've had much better experiences with food restaurants in shopping Malls, let's just put it that way. Im really not sure if we'll be back there. There really wasn't one thing about it I was happy about really. 😐😣😩👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Overall im extremely disappointed

Parking: The restaurant is located inside the food court inside of coastal Mall. The food court is directly next to the mall. So I'd say the parking can be hectic at times because of other mall traffic (from the movie theater & others shoppers who are shopping within the stores of the mall)
All in all be patient when looks for parking,etc

The food was actually pretty good, but what I had to go through to get it was not a pleasant experience. I had a coupon that I purchased through Dining Advantage. It was a BOGO entree free of equal or lesser value. The worker called his boss who told him that they no longer accept the coupon. I told them I had just purchased the coupon on Friday, and it was good until the end of the month and at that location only. He still refused to take it. I explained to him that I purchased the coupon, and he made me show him where I purchased it. So I did, and he said, this one time I will honor it. Ok - so we picked our first entree and then when I went to order, I asked for a Bacon Cheeseburger. He said "sorry we are out of bacon", so I said never mind I will get the Philly Cheesesteak." He said no you can only order a burger. WHAT?? And was arguing that with me. I told him the first entree cost more so I could get that. All entrees come with fries or tots, then they were not even going to give me the side item. It was a very frustrating experience for both of us and for the employees as well. If you do not want to participate in a coupon program, don't do it. Don't allow people to purchase coupons to use at your establishment if you are not going to allow them to use them. I could have chosen somewhere else to go eat that I would not have had to fight to use it. What is sad is that we go to Hwy 55 all of the time. Its one of my boyfriends favorite place to eat, and we will not be returning.

If you're a delivery driver, they don't start the orders until you arrive. Ridiculous. Last time im wasting my time coming here for an order.

Stopped here during vacation & the service was amazing. The fried pickles were so amazing and the ice cream was delicious. I regret not getting a shake

Ill start with yes the food is good. I take my lunch break and go there for the eye candy. There is always two guys working they are both cute. The tan guy with the glasses is the hottie of the two. I'm not sure if they are a couple, if not I'll have to shoot my shot. ??️‍?????

Ordered a cheeseburger, fries(supposed to be extra crispy... they were not),cheese steak sandwich and fried pickles. The pickles were burnt...you can't take a whisper thin pickle and deep fry it and they left out the ranch.The burger was over done. The cheese steak was ok. Very disappointed with this order. I've eaten on site before and it was delicious. Never again.

Came from outta town to spend my birthday here in Myrtle beach.. went by hwy 55 in the grand mall and got to eating my food until I saw a baby roach in my slaw… after spending $35 there… I want a full refund.. I would not recommend this place.. just disgusting. I’ve called multiple times and it sounds likeSomeone is answering the phone then hanging up or something.. I’m very disappointed.. ??

Service is always good. The last couple of visits were great. The guys working here are always nice and friendly. I usually get a hamburger, but today, I thought I would try the Philly Cheesesteak.

Friendly and typically fast service (though, being in the food court at the mall, they get slammed sometimes). Usually order a cheeseburger with fries which has always been very good. Lately shifting to their equally as good grilled chicken sandwich. A reasonably priced and relatively fast option overall.

Steven (manager) waited on me recently at HWY 55 Grand Coastal Mall Myrtle Beach SC. The meal was perfectly prepared, fresh and delicious ❤️. Steven is always so professional and keeps really clean work area in his restaurant! I noticed as I waited for my meal that he was assisting with the front and kitchen areas pitching in wherever he saw the need to be a player coach. He was staffed with only 2 other employees and preparing a lot of meals. As I looked around other places to eat had twice or 3 times as many employees… many leaning on the counter or texting on their phones. Steven had his team cleaning in the breaks between rushes. He is an awesome manager and you don’t see that around the fast food area and even at some pricey places we’ve been lately. I remember eating at an exclusive restaurant recently and we were so disappointed in the service as well as the floor manager refusing to pitch in to help the overwhelmed staff. He was flirting with the hostess all night while 2 servers worked their butts off. We tipped heavily but the manager needed to pitch in to help the staff. Steven at HWY 55 is a more professional than the floor manager in the fine dining place times 100. And to tell the truth, I enjoyed my meal much more and saved $100 by going to HWY 55 at Grand Coastal Mall Myrtle Beach. My business is appreciated at HWY 55 and I tell my friends about their great food and service ❤️
