Iggy's On The Boardwalk

I was going to reply to this business on Facebook, but seeing how they have now blocked me for kindly (never rude, or snarky like them) voicing my concerns to them, I will leave this here. I visited this location with my sister June 23rd 2018. I did not like my experience at all as you can see in my original FB post. Instead of apologizing, they have made up DHEC policies instead of just saying "it is our house rule, we are sorry for how u were talked to." Also after my review went up, a strange amount of employee and random people began reviewing this location, which seemed sketchy at best considering I was maybe their 3rd review on FB. Anyway, I decided to do some digging and could not find a policy and neither could the health inspector or the lovely DHEC employee who replied to my email. As a business owner and RN, I understand and respect policies and I am great at looking them up, but I cannot understand why they didn't just apologize and say it was a house rule. No where else we went that night mentioned it, which is what made me do the digging in the first place. You do not yell at customers no matter what the circumstance and I stand behind that statement in my original post. They have contradicted themselves in their posts and have ingenuine apologies aimed at me and not for me.

Little hole in the wall, they have over 120 soft serve flavors! We had dipped peanut butter cheesecake !!!! Almost heaven on a stick.

Came out of the Gay Dolphin and wanted something cold. We stopped at Iggy's on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Best Italian Ice we've had.

Pretty good Italian ice, cotton candy and orange-vanilla were our favorites. Friendly staff and quick service.

We happened on this little place and now it is a must visit. They have 144 flavors of soft serve and around 30 scoop flavors. Great place to sit and watch the ocean waves.

Iggys serves Hershey's ice cream which I had never had before. It was so great! Great flavours and very high quality! Loved it, thanks Iggy!

Only place with REAL soft serve frozen yogurt

They now have REAL frozen yogurt and its yummmmmmnmy

Dont give you but two and a half small scoops. Service wasn't that great either. Not worth four dollars. I got a waffle bowl, and half the bowl was full of ice cream.

Try the cheesecake softserve. Yum!
