I may have enough emotional attachment to this IHOP in particular due to memories of a passed loved one, but I also speak in truth. The food has always been fast, delicious, and presented to us with manners and haste.

The service here is horrible. After 2 1/2 hours I didn't get my food and when they brought the food out, they messed up my order. They seated all the white people that came after me first and fed them first as well. To me the place seems racist and ensure they make it know . It's the worst ihope franchise that I ever sat in and I'll never return there. I ensured I called corporate and reported the workers that were on duty thus day so that they can be aware of this Franchise. I've ate at other franchise before and I have never had this issue. Worst experience I've ever had since I've been living in the south. I'll never spend my money at a place that makes more effort to feed their customers based on the colours of their skin.

I recently visited this IHOP and had an incredibly disappointing experience. First, I noticed several roaches in the dining area, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my server seemed more focused on their phone than on my table. After waiting a long time for my food, I was informed at the last minute that they didn’t have my order. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, I felt rushed to pay, even though we were the only table in the restaurant. I blame myself becuase somehow I missed the big B rating on the door.
This lack of care and concern is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

If you haven't eaten at an IHOP yet, it's time to do so!
Everything we tried was divine, fresh, with good seasoning, the milkshake was on point because it was not cloying and the creamy topping only made you want more and more.
In particular, this place is quite spacious, it had plenty of tables available and despite being busy, the attention is 10/10.
Everything arrived on time and in its moments, the starters, the main dishes and the dessert. Thanks to Anna who treated us excellently and also has the super plus of speaking English and Spanish.
Hotcakes are an excellent option yes or yes and that they work 24 hours a day is all that is good because you can fulfill that craving without excuses 🤤
Kid-friendliness: Yes, it is a family atmosphere to go with children of any age.

Came in took forever to be seated been sitting here for an hour they have one server who keeps taking walk in to go orders rather than her tables and one cook. So ridiculous

The Food was edible but cole and absolutely overpriced! We waited an hour for our food with 3 servers and only 4 tables with customers. We sat for 20 minutes before we were offered refills. The restaurant ceiling tiles look like they have mold. They keep the lights dim, I assume to avoid patrons seeing it. Very Bad experience!!!

I forgot the person name who waited on us but she is awesome. Thank you for the warm greeting and making us feel welcome. Food came out fast. It was around Oct 15, 2024, 9:00am we sat in the 4th booth near the front. Tell everyone they were awesome and we will be back.

Upon entry hear wait staff being loud asking where a customer went. Then one yells oh he left. Then we see 3 other tables with people looking unsettled and no food. Start hearing more complaining of where is our food. Table one over gets their food and says it’s cold. We actually got our food fast but it was cold, tasted nasty and had hair in it. Bathrooms - stank , one sink out of order and depicted by using 10 plus strands of scotch tape to cover it in zig zag pattern. Walked by manager and it smelled like he hadn’t showered in days … The ceiling air duct supply and returns had what appeared to be black mold and a serious amount of dust etc. Will never go there again.
