I was in the mood for a bacon cheeseburger at 5am Nothing around open so I finally stopped into IHop of all places for a burger. WOW am I glad I did! This burger is a hidden gem on the strand! I’ll be back ASAP no matter what time of day!

I stopped into this location on Christmas Eve and was treated very poorly by both the cook and the server. My husband and I were back in town visiting family for the holiday, and since this location is advertised as being open 24 hours, we decided to stop in for a quick bite.
When we walked in, both employees were standing out front and did not greet us at all. The cook was near the host stand, looked directly at us, and then walked further into the dining room. The server was sitting in a booth rolling silverware and appeared to be intentionally avoiding eye contact. When he finally acknowledged us, he asked whether we were dining in or doing takeout in a very dry, unwelcoming tone.
Given the clear lack of interest in serving us, we decided to order takeout. After telling him this, he responded, “Well, the menus are right there,” without making any effort to assist us. At that point, I told my husband I no longer felt comfortable eating there, and we left.
We ended up going to the Waffle House down the road and were treated warmly and professionally. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we had actually discussed giving a generous tip since they were working on a holiday. As someone who worked as a server and bartender for nearly a decade, I would never have treated guests this way. If someone is this unwilling to provide basic customer service, the service industry may not be the right fit.

I visited IHOP for Thanksgiving breakfast, anticipating another enjoyable family tradition. I ordered the sampler with an upgrade to New York cheesecake pancakes, along with a cold foam cold brew that sounded appealing. Unfortunately, the experience fell short.
The cold brew was unexpectedly bitter—not just to me, but also to my wife and sister-in-law who ordered the same drink. Attempts to adjust it by requesting more cold brew only resulted in what seemed more like syrup than actual coffee.
When the food arrived, it was lukewarm at best. For a $40 meal, the quality and presentation were disappointing. In past years, IHOP offered a much better experience, but based on this visit, the standards have noticeably declined.

Restaurant is very clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Waitress was wonderful and assisted us in our selection. Coffee refills were offered several times. Very pleased with our visit. We enjoyed it so much we went back several days later with the same results.
Menus show very accurate pictures of what you'll have delivered to your table. Food tastes great and the service is spectacular at this place. The only downside to this particular IHOP is the atmosphere is not all it could be. Could be a little cleaner and a little better organized.

We ordered food and had it delivered. A few small items were missing, no hard feelings there it happens. Well I called the store to let them know and the service has been unbelievable. We ate the food we got and although not exactly what we ordered it was a satisfying meal. Its the next day now and they are in the process of remaking our entire order for free.
