We wait 20 min , only one person was eating , the make us wait , we walk out, no body care to take care the costumer, I was told they try to finish only order, don't waste your time trying this place

Staff is always kind and courteous, always going above and beyond explaining the promotions. Mangers Lou Jazmine and Laura are all great and always friendly with a smile. Managers are always going above and beyond to make sure staff and customers are happy. Managers are always jumping in to help crew at busy times and always making sure customers have a great experience every time they vist. Servers Jazmine and Rohanna are the best servers. They always have a smile on their faces. They are very quick paced and get your order in and to you in a timely manner. They always check on their customers to make sure they have the best experience during their visit. They always make sure your food is right the first time. I love Rohanna and Jazmine and always request to sit with them. I eat at this Ihop twice a day 6 times a week. I love eating here because the food is always great, resturant is always clean, friendly staff, and quick service. I would always give this Ihop a 20 star review if I could. Best resturant I have ate at in myrtle beach. Keep up the great work everyone!
We were met at the seating station by a wonderful kind lady by the name of Rohonna. She seated us and handed the menus out. Luckily, she was also our server. Of course my husband was ready to give his order & I wasn't. She took our drink orders, brought them, then took our food order. We both ordered from the $6 menu. The food was on point. Rohonna was so kind, we didn't have to wait very long for our food. It was too hot to eat, lol. Her kindness, courtesy, professionalism, & smile, made our morning off to a great start. We asked if it was possible to purchase the southern pecan syrup and the manager was more than to do so. We plan to go again tomorrow as well. They all seemed to work as a team. Define Definitely stop in for an enjoyable meal!

My better half was so excited when she saw that you had your pumpkin pancakes available. Gave her a $30 gift card for her birthday, and we went for the pumpkin pancakes. Our experience was fine except for her pumpkin pancakes. When she cut into them, the center was like pudding, way undercooked. We mentioned it to our server, Elizabeth, who was wonderful. She apologized and said she would get another batch for us. She was back soon with a new stack of pumpkin pancakes. They, unfortunately, were the same as the first batch, gooey in the middle. She mentioned that they had been having trouble getting the mixture just right and offered a stack of regular pancakes. We agreed since the pumpkin pancakes, apparently, weren't going to work. Left feeling like about two stars, and approx. $30.00 poorer since the whole point was getting pumpkin pancakes for her birthday. James and Kay
Vegetarian options: Had egg white omelet. Wasn't first choice. I asked and was told scrambled, and all other omelets were made with powdered eggs, not fresh.
