Employee's need to stay off phone and do there job. Making sure cups stays full and plenty of napkins needs to be on the table and make sure table and salt and pepper grinders aren't sticky.

Very poor service waitress has bad attitude & then the manager was super rude & say that they gave us a new servicer & then when the food was came she was slinging the food on the table

Came to beach on vacation and we came here twice bad experience both times there is no manager around to make sure things are running smoothly, they don’t have a host, the waitress we had scrabble around lost the whole time. Poor service from our waitress unorganized front of the house. Most of the tables are dirty and in no rush to clean them. Do better guys you are in a tourist location

Walked in got a menu and left immediately. Prices were outrageous. 2 pancakes w bacon 19.99 NOPE!!!

This review is for IHOP in Myrtle Beach the service was excellent. I wish I could remember the waiters name he’s tall and he looks Spanish. I was attentive if we needed anything else. Food was delicious. Everything was great.

Adriana the manager was incompetent when it came to honoring her word. We called ahead and asked if they honored the pan coin reward program. She changed her story after we ate and explained that there wasn't anything she could do. We all know if you're a manager and tell people there's nothing you can do. That is not true and we feel sorry for the people that work with her because she is putting her own ego and bad attitude at higher value than anything else.

We were promised that our coupon would be honored on a phone call by Matt and Adrianna, but it was not. We would not have come here if they were honest up front. We even asked the waitress before ordering and she said she’d check. Never did. Not ok. Never coming back!
