AAA+++ Cookies were excellent!

The cookies were warm but you could tell they were not fresh. They tasted okay not the best I have had from other insomnia cookie places.

Worth waiting for or driving to get! Mmmmmmmm.

I went in to get my pickup order and the guy at the front was extremely rude. The cookies was damn good tho

I ordered ice cream tonight and got violently ill from it, up all night puking.

We stopped here for some Insomnia Cookies. This location offers a decent amount of different optional flavors of cookies. Our cookies were served warm, soft and made with flavor. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of cookies that they offered.

So yummy and warm!! Love the chocolate chunk!

Ordered as a surprise for my friend’s birthday. Original expected delivery was 11:45am. Called at 12:50pm as they were not delivered. Did not receive until 1:45pm and the cookies came all broken 😭

When we walked in, no employee was present in the front. After waiting about 5 minutes, a single employee emerged from the back, and it was clear that he was running the place by himself. There was only one person in front of us who had ordered a small mobile order, and it took another 10 minutes for the employee to help him. Finally, we were at the register, and ordered a 3-pack of classic cookies and two ice cream sandwiches. It took another 10 minutes and a failed attempt at making an ice cream sandwich until we got our desserts. The cookies were extremely overpriced and underwhelming, and you could hardly call the ice cream sandwiches cookie sandwiches. In addition to this, we ordered one with cookie dough ice cream and received no cookie dough chunks in the ice cream at all. The only positive was that the single working employee was kind, and none of this was his fault. Overall, though, this Insomnia specifically is NOT worth the hype and we would not recommend stopping here if you’re looking for ice cream sandwiches and fresh baked cookies. There are better options just steps away.

Good service , on vacation and wanted something to eat late at 12:00 and this place was open and delivered it !

Feels like they’re trying to be like other specialty cookie brands but the cookies aren’t anything to write home about, except overpriced.

My first experience here was not the best far from what I was expecting I ordered a 4x4 deluxe/classic got them to the car and they were all rock hard I should have taken them back in but they were about to close but we paid almost $30 for 8 cookies to be old and not eatable

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Insomnia Cookies left a lot to be desired. I was really looking forward to enjoying a box of fresh, warm cookies, but the experience didn’t meet expectations at all.

To start, the service was underwhelming. The front counter was completely void of staff when I entered. I waited about 3 minutes before two employees came out of the back. When I gave my name for my mobile order they quickly returned from the back with my box and even more quickly went back to the back. They gave me the feeling that I was inconveniencing them by picking up my order and did not provide much communication or care. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer.

When I walked out of the store and opened the box, I was even more disappointed. All of the chocolate chip cookies were broken as you can see in the photo. It looked like they had just been tossed in without any consideration for presentation or packaging. For a place that markets itself around warm, bakery-fresh cookies, this felt lazy and careless.

The cookies themselves were decent in flavor, but the lack of care in packaging and poor customer service really took away from the experience. When you’re paying premium prices for cookies, you expect both quality and good service.

Most unprofessional staff ever. I placed a Door Dash order to be picked up at 1230am. If you didn't want to make the order , just cancel it . Or call the customer. But no, the woman up front for some reason decided to change the pick up time to 11am the next morning. When I arrived to pick the cookies at 12:40 I was told no. And no more could be made. And I was the person in the wrong, who placed this order incorrectly. Of course I contacted Door Dash who has all this information recorded. Bunch on liars in this location. Bad for business. Will not be returning and we bought frequently.
