Cookies were fresh, warm, and oh so delicious!!

Most unprofessional staff ever. I placed a Door Dash order to be picked up at 1230am. If you didn't want to make the order , just cancel it . Or call the customer. But no, the woman up front for some reason decided to change the pick up time to 11am the next morning. When I arrived to pick the cookies at 12:40 I was told no. And no more could be made. And I was the person in the wrong, who placed this order incorrectly. Of course I contacted Door Dash who has all this information recorded. Bunch on liars in this location. Bad for business. Will not be returning and we bought frequently.

Great Cookies. Great for a late snack

We loved the vegan cookies we got at insomnia. We got the chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk. They were warm and gooey and tasted great. It can be a little difficult to locate inside of the hangout, but definitely worth it.

Was disappointed cookies were not fresh tasting, some were very small and they were not warm

Drove to this place to try out their cookie selection , but was highly disappointed when I noticed the C rating on the front door. The associate working the place came out from the back with a nonchalant bothered attitude. The rating and demeanor of the associate made us turn right around and back out the door. This is an embarrassment especially when the other shops around have A ratings.

Busy Busy, but good

Decent cookies but they have a C food grade rating. Employee was rude and short with us. As a tourist spot you should have friendly faces greeting people.

Never even went here, had a C food grade rating for the past 6 months at least. That’s gotta be hard to maintain a C for that long only serving cookies, who knows how bad it is to get that rating.

I tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time and went with the gluten-free chocolate chip cookie. It was soft, doughy, and sweet—definitely different from the firmer cookies I usually prefer. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it! The texture was just right, and the flavor was rich and satisfying. If you’re a fan of warm, soft cookies, this one is worth a try. I’ll definitely be back to explore more gluten flavors! Hopefully they’ll have more gluten free flavors to offer hence the four stars.

Left my order outside of my hotel on the ground!!! Will never be ordering from here again!!

Absolutely slow service. Walked out after watching zero movement for 5 minutes. Left without even getting a chance to order. Waste of time!

DHEC graded this place a C, and posted the sign on the window. This store removed the C rating sign from their door. Avoid until this place finally gets shut down.
