Insomnia Cookies

I ordered a dozen cookies from the Insomnia Cookies on Devine St in Columbia, SC. I am not even joking or kidding when I say this, I opened the box and two cockroaches scurried out from the cookies! The box had a sticker seal on it so it couldn’t have been from the delivery driver. I’ve never been so grossed out. I have ordered from this location many times before.

Amazing! Staff was great and food was amazing. Wish we had one of these closure to home. A must visit if you are in the area.

Tiny space for a popular place that got crowded. They had poor Cache in there working all alone to make and serve cookies ??‍♀️. She handled it with grace and professionalism though. She was so sweet and took care of everyone as best she could . Having one person in a shop at night isn't customer minded and VERY dangerous for your staff Insomnia!!

I'm a regular customer of this place. Normally everything is on point. There was a newer person working up front. Her attitude was not inviting. Also, the cookies were overcooked. By the time we got home, they were hard. Too expensive to be served hard cookies. Consistency is everything. Also, every customer should be treated properly.

Came back to get my deluxe chocolate peanut butter cup cookie. It’s the only I go there for every time!! A must try if u like peanut butter cookies and peanut butter chocolate cups.

We had the most wonderful service from Chris just now! He had a smile on the whole time we were here and helped us with our order. The cookies and ice cream we had were delicious and all 5 of us were satisfied! Thank you Chris, you are amazing!!!!!

Unfortunately, we didn't see the C rating from the health department until leaving. Yuck. The deluxe cookies we chose were dry and crumbly. Definitely not worth it. We'll stick with Crumbl.

Ok so DHEC slapped a C rating on this store. Went to their website to find out what was the issue. All sorts of issues at this store to include food sitting on the floor in their walk-in. Nasty. On the follow up DHEC inspection not only were the prior issues not fixed the store removed the C rating from their store window after DHEC left the first inspection. DHEC had to stick another C rating on their window. Unacceptable!! Disgusting.

Today, I visited your store with my 3-year-old daughter. My daughter wanted to sit on my lap to choose the cookie, so I lifted my daughter up because your product menu was up behind the counter and a young lady with glasses came out and said you can't go this way, without even saying welcome. I told her why and then we placed our order for 1 piece. It's okay, but when I took our order, it shattered into pieces because it was overheated and hot.When I showed this to the lady with glasses and a coat, she said that this was normal because she was getting hot, but I told her that we had shopped there many times and it wasn't like this, but she didn't care at all. If this lady is an employee, it is extremely harmful for your brand. If she is the manager of the place, this is very bad, but if she is the manager of the place, it is very bad. If the boss says, this is a really terrible situation. You need to receive corporate training on customer satisfaction. By the way, I bought the product and threw it away in front of the lady's eyes

I ordered 24 cookies for an open house for about $80 with delivery and fees. They were a mix of vegan, gluten free, and regular. The cookies themselves tasted GREAT but there is no way to tell which is which as they are not marked, and all in the same box mixed in. They also arrived warm (??) but had shifted around during transport making it near impossible to present well since they were all stuck and melted together. Final thought, order for the taste, pick up yourself as they are way too expensive and risky for delivery.

I ordered food while I was at work, somehow my food got delivered to wrong place (insomnia cookies). Instead of the two ladies working giving the food back to the driver whom dropped it off or even taking the food to guest service (because they knew it wasn’t there’s) the two ladies decided to sit and eat my food. When I walked over there to see what happened they showed signs of not caring. Very dishonest & very ignorant. I spent 20$ on food after working a double and they didn’t even offer me a 2$ cookie.
