Wonderful bread made by wonderful students. Tasty desserts and sandwiches have been my favorite. Oh, and let's not forget the Arnold Palmers.
Very nice experience. Great food and wine.
Awesome food and service.
After trying for 3 years to make it to the Dinner setting, finally got in. These reservations get sold out for a reason. We learned about this gem from a chef on the Chopped program on the food network. 7 - 8 course French cousine meal in the Fowler Dining Room. Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. Note - this was about 2.5 hours, so folks with little people’s should be aware.
The students and teachers put out great fare that would tempt any foodie. If the chefs at the restaurants on the strip put out half as good food as the Institute, Myrtle would rival Vegas for quality of food.
We've stopped for lunch sandwich and soup many times. Also items from the bakery are delicious.
Classes and equipment is state of the art… farmers market, bakery, restaurant, and clubs produce great food!
Lunch was very good and staff was excellent
what an incredible food resource
Amazing Farmer's Market on Thursdays. The venue is wonderful, and I need to check on dining there sometime!
We stopped by their little bakery area for lunch. While we have had the baked goods before, we saw on Facebook that they have a weekly soup and sandwich option. The carrot ginger soup was so good, it was restaurant ready. Sandwich was hot and cheesy. For just $3.50 each, it made for an inexpensive, but high quality lunch. We also tried some pastry items, most of which were great. It is always fun to look in the windows and see what the classes are studying based on the white boards. Some day we will make a reservation for the dining room.

The lunch we had was amazing. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service and friendliness of the staff was perfect. We are already planning a dinner outing second semester.
This is a wonderful experience. The student chefs and servers are very professional and the food was excellent.
Love their bread! Purchased a brownie today and not so happy. Didn't have much taste and the icing on top had a very waxy taste. Wont buy again.
The food and the experience is second to none. I highly recommend
I cannot recommend this enough! Fine dining with a diverse 5-course lunch, where everything was absolutely delicious. Flavors that I wouldn't have thought to put together, and every bite was amazing. If I were a food critic, this would be a 5-star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kudos to the chefs, waitstaff/students, and all who make this happen!
