JEM Social - Cocktails + Kitchen

A hidden gem, literally. Where I'm from - a place like this thrives and you wouldn't get a seat. When we went, there weren't a lot of customers, but don't let that fool you - this place may have the best drinks in Myrtle beach. Also - the food is amazing as well. Give this place it's flowers you will not be disappointed. Also- thank you to the lady for the gift at the end - you are appreciated and it shows how great the customer service here is

We were hunting for a different dinner spot in Myrtle Beach to treat my sister and her family — they’d had enough fried seafood and Italian by day three. JEM turned out to be an excellent choice.

From the outside it’s pretty understated (a nice break from the giant billboards on Hwy 17), but inside the menu surprises you. The cocktail list is varied and the tiki drinks we ordered were delightful — I had the NuiNui and liked it so much I ordered a second. We sampled several appetizers and everything was delicious. Even our least-adventurous diner loved the Korean fried chicken sandwich.

All in all, a great find — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re at the beach.

Calle (manager) was super helpful, friendly, and attentive to our questions and needs. You can tell she really knows the menu and loves what she does. Lauren was our runner and also was very friendly. Food and atmosphere were great overall. Fried deviled eggs were delicious, highly recommend. Burger and fries were fantastic. Bahn Mi and Bao buns were both yummy too.

We dined at Jem Social tonight for dinner and it was phenomenal. We shared several plates including the chicken and lemongrass gyoza and the bao buns, both were amazing. Our server Josh was so friendly and attentive, he gave us great dish and drink recommendations. We ended the night with the crème brûlée flip, which tasted exactly like a crème brûlée. Everything was spectacular, we can’t recommend this place enough!!!

On vacation and did my research looking for good eats. JEM delivered in spades. Excellent interior atmosphere, A+ food and drinks. One small issue was taken care of immediately with no fuss. Great service and a wonderful meal. Go between 4 and 6 for the happy hour menu!!!

An absolute hidden gem! Atmosphere and ambience were perfect. During the summer they have Tiki themed decor and a Tiki inspired menu. Our server Alice was very attentive and personable. The happy hour menu is where it’s at! Special prices on drinks and small plates every day from 4-6pm. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame, hamachi crudo, pork dumplings and roast pork bao buns. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Everything about this place is perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the drinks, and especially the staff. My wife and I are in on vacation and have heard nothing, but good things about this place. It did not disappoint! The staff was so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks were to die for, and the food was out of this world! As someone who works in the service industry this place was top notch! I highly recommend it and we will be back tomorrow!

We had such a delicious dinner here. The staff is incredibly friendly and we loved the decor and atmosphere. Everything was made from scratch and fresh and hot. Also very kid friendly with chicken tenders, grilled cheese, and buttered ramen noodles available.

Staff - attentive, skilled and friendly! Truly a special group of people! I wish them all the best! Lauren was described by my tipsy aunt as “our best friend forever.” She interacted with everyone on a calm personal level and made everything so enjoyable.

Cocktails - Not just drinks but tasty skilled creations. I went during the summer pop up and was pleasantly surprised (& returned many times) just for their drinks!

Food - We came for cocktails. Stayed for the food! Those dumplings were amazing! & that brownie was the cherry on top!
