Extremely disappointing experience at Gem Social Miracle Pop-Up Bar in Myrtle Beach. We went tonight and after placing our order, we waited over 40 minutes for our drinks—and even for water. The worst part? We never saw our waitress the entire time. No check-ins, no updates, nothing.
After sitting there long enough, we finally had to get up and leave without ever being served. Ironically, as we were walking out the door, the waitress finally appeared and asked how everything was going. At that point, it was far too late.
Cute concept, but terrible service. If you’re short-staffed or overwhelmed, at least acknowledge your guests. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

How on earth do you not have a hostess taking names and seating people when it’s busy? That’s a good way to get people arguing when they cut in front of you after you’ve been waiting. Atmosphere and food it good but service is absolute garbage.

I’m from out of town and this place was recommended to me, so we decided to stop in on a Friday night. Honestly such a great call. I don’t usually write reviews but from the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcome and the Christmas decorations made it feel super cozy and comfortable, like a spot you want to hang out in for a while.

Logan was our server and he was awesome. Super friendly, checked on us without hovering, and had great suggestions. He was one of those servers that makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years even though it was our first time. Just an all around great guy who clearly enjoys what he does.

Perfect Friday night spot and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. When you go, ask for Logan he’s the man, but all the other staff and manager were very friendly.

This is one of the best places I have ever been to and will continue to go to. Talk about southern hospitality?? This place is great!! The staff is so welcoming, extremely respectful, and helpful. The menu has so much to choose from and all the plates my family and I got were delicious! I 10/10 recommend this place to all my friends whenever they are in town.

Absolutely loved this place! The Christmas pop-up Miracle was pure magic — festive decor everywhere, fun holiday vibes, and the most creative seasonal cocktails. On top of that, the food was out of this world — every bite was incredible. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and joyful, and every detail was on point. Such a fun and memorable experience — can’t recommend it enough during the holidays! 🎄✨

There is no hostess. I waited in line for 30-45 minutes. No one acknowledged the group of people waiting. Other guests told us there isn’t a hostess and we just have to wait for something to open.
