Food is always great! The employees however are outright rude and aggressive. I was met with an eye roll when I ordered, and proceeded to see both employees make annoyed faces at every single customer. When my sandwich was ready the female that took my order just yelled “here” and slammed the sub down. Maybe she was having a bad day but it makes me not want to go back to this location if thats how I am going to be treated.

Jersey Mike on 17 SC Surfside I believe it is . Awesome team work. They all work well together. Fast, clean, very pleasant. Great customer service. Shout to the team! Yall need a raise for your great service. I always go there they are nice and make great sandwiche. ❤️

I just ordered the #13 Giant to go. When I got home, I couldnt even chew the bread. Its hard and stale and broke all apart. I called and they put the mgr on the phone. When I told her, instead of saying Im sorry, how can we make it better, she gave a speech on how they were busy this morning and the bread got over cooked and stuff just happens! Stuff happens??? Im spending 20 on a sandwich and you want to reiterate over and over how stuff just happens. Major attitude!! Awful for a management position. If you knew and you did, that they bread was over cooked, then why are you still serving this over cooked bread from this MORNING?? Its now 8pm. ITS STALE!! Bring back your other crew you had. They at least greeted you when you walked in. This group here, make them kick rocks! Summer is coming up. You're going to lose a lot of customers with Ms. Fresh Mouth!

Still loving their roast beef sub. I prefer Swiss over provolone and they have both. The price for a regular has gone up a little bit to $9.99. We also ordered the classic Italian sub, which was good, but if they'll do it for you, I suggest you request double capicola instead of their budget-looking ham. They now slice meats directly in front of the customer. Still, I rate them five stars!
Parking: This side road is getting packed with food service and restaurants. Since you enter from the back, it's hard to see which strip mall has the Jersey Mike's. They need to put a bigger sign on the back of the building and at the entrance into their strip mall, explaining the entrance is actually at the front. Just saying.
Wheelchair accessibility: Decent sides parking lot and entrance big enough for wheelchairs.

Nicest people that I’ve met ever at a Jersey Mike’s franchise by far really eager to make sure you have a good meal highly recommend these guys anytime you’re in the area they make the best sub in Myrtle Beach the steak and cheese is a cow’s worth of meat and all the fresh vegetables and things that they add to the sub are great. They toast the roll for you if you get a hot sub on the grill so that it has a little bit of a crunch to it all in all a lovely experience thank you all for being so very good at what you do and kind of the customer we appreciate it!
Parking: Short walk, if you have any kind of handicap, it won’t be hard on your body getting in there and out!
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a curb, but there’s a little ramp area to get up the curb so you should be good to go.

ordered on the app, not busy at all inside only 2 customers, got home to find my sandwich 100% made wrong. can’t even eat it due to an allergy cause they put on mayo instead of mustard.

We had the big Kahuna and Italian sub! Best subs in Myrtle Beach! The restaurant was super clean and the staff was nice and helpful! The manager, Amber is awesome!!!

This is definitely my go to for Subs! So fresh and delicious sliced to order. An absolute must have for us to take to the beach! Just need to add black olives to the toppings.
