Great sandwiches HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES
The kid who was working the counter is the rudest employee I have ever encountered total attitude threw his arms up and rolled his eyes over me ordering a second sub as my husband went into the restroom wants to argue it’s a shame we love Jersey Mike’s but I will go out of my way to find a different location so I can avoid this place.

I don’t know what is going on, but this place has taken a serious downturn for the worst…. I’ve left a review in the past for the temperament and customer service, or lack thereof (specifically with one of the managers). Forgot to mention the competency of the staff which is also apparently non-existent now. I don’t want to point fingers, but just so happens that, that one particular manager was working and somehow my chicken CHEESEsteak, didn’t even have cheese on it, again. I really hope it was out of spite, otherwise someone needs to get their head checked. How do you forgot cheese on a cheesesteak, when all else that was on it was the chicken… absolutely ridiculous, my order is wrong/off about 50% of the time, but forgetting the cheese all together is insanity… pretty sad this is far from the first time. Might just have to finally give up on Jersey Mikes on the south end.

Edit: Wow! I was so flabbergasted at the lack of cheese I forgot to look at the rest of my order, I kid you not she “forgot” the tomatoes, ranch, and chipotle mayo on the side. And to think I even left a tip on the mobile order (which I do often). 100% this was done on purpose. Kevin if you’re smart, you need to let this chick go ASAP.

Don’t take being miserable and hating your job out on the paying customers that are just expecting satisfactory, not even above and beyond service. Is it too much to ask for to not be treated like a criminal for placing a mobile order or coming in 45 minutes before close and expecting my order to be correct?? Grow up!

Walked in at 8:10pm. Place open until 9pm.

Red headed heavy set guy greets me by staring a hole through me and slamming the lettuce tomato onions bins he was cleaning up for the night so hard made me flinch.

I asked if he was upset to see me jokingly and he continued to stare through me.

I continued to press him a bit and asked if he was ok, because why should I feel like a criminal for waking into an establishment during business hours? He tells me he needs eye drops and is just tired from working two jobs.

I grew up where this company began and went to school with the owners son lol. Mikes was always amazing and I still love their sandwiches but between the ridiculous pricing and this guy acting like he was imprisoned there, likely won’t be going back.

Such a shame.

The store clean. The lady behind the counter was spectacular. She made our sandwich the way it was supposed to be. The bread was fresh and the bathrooms were very clean.

Unfortunately that’s not where this experience ends. The poor lady was working all by herself at 5 pm on a Friday night. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. This is a complete failure and abuse of what seems to be very dedicated employee. If you are going to make your employees do the job of two or maybe three employees. I hope you are paying them accordingly. Retail sandwich shops are hard enough when you have enough employees to do all the jobs needed to be done

Absolutely horrific experience. My wife and I stopped in after a day on the beach and we were met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the food industry. The worker, Riley, started off by taking our order and when we asked for a modification on one of our subs, he said no, and when I explained to him that the modification has been done multiple times at several locations, he said that this wasn’t our home and he wasn’t going to lose his job over a modification on a sub. He said the money he makes on his paycheck is more important than heating up turkey on the griddle for our sub.

I explained to him that his delivery was very poor and that he needed to work on his attitude and he apologized and said his delivery was poor, but it was absolutely horrific not only to witness it, but to hear him speak to my wife and I like that. If I were the manager, he’d be looking for employment tomorrow morning. -5 stars!

Horrible experience. The most rude and horrifying workers I have ever experienced in customer service. I have never been talked to the way I was at this Jersey Mikes. Everyone there should be fired and replaced.

The customer service was AWFUL for both my my experiences! All staff were rude and mumbling under their breaths and rolling their eyes as I ordered. Lacked effective communication and snatched my money from me. I would not come to this place especially if you’re already having a bad day! Do not recommend!

Food is always great! The employees however are outright rude and aggressive. I was met with an eye roll when I ordered, and proceeded to see both employees make annoyed faces at every single customer. When my sandwich was ready the female that took my order just yelled “here” and slammed the sub down. Maybe she was having a bad day but it makes me not want to go back to this location if thats how I am going to be treated.

I just ordered the #13 Giant to go.
When I got home, I couldnt even chew the bread. Its hard and stale and broke all apart. I called and they put the mgr on the phone. When I told her, instead of saying Im sorry, how can we make it better, she gave a speech on how they were busy this morning and the bread got over cooked and stuff just happens! Stuff happens??? Im spending 20 on a sandwich and you want to reiterate over and over how stuff just happens. Major attitude!! Awful for a management position. If you knew and you did, that they bread was over cooked, then why are you still serving this over cooked bread from this MORNING?? Its now 8pm. ITS STALE!! Bring back your other crew you had. They at least greeted you when you walked in. This group here, make them kick rocks! Summer is coming up. You're going to lose a lot of customers with Ms. Fresh Mouth!
