My order is always correct, service is speedy, and the staff is friendly.I always get the same thing and recently, a team member recommended the rosemary parmesean bread and I reluctantly tried it. Sevice was alright a bit slow for a store with not so many people in it. Also food was garbage ordered an italian sub mikes way they soaked it in oil and vinegar, as i went to eat it the bread was soggy and i could squeeze the oil out of the bread won't be getting jersey mikes

..tried ordering food at 8:15pm they didnt answer the phone so I drove to the store 8:33 the doors were locked..they close at 9 not 8 33...this location sucks....Foods Good...Service Sucks..they're Prompt but lack people skills...Two days in a row I went in for lunch..Both Servers looked like they were pissed at the world...no smiles...no eye contact...no people skills at all....almost turned my afternoons into a miserable day ..not a real friendly place

The employees here are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I wasn't even eating here, I was doing door dash, and I got a flat tire. The young man, sorry I ca nt remember his name, but he came right out and helped get my donut tire on!! He spent a good 30-40 minutes helping me fix my tire!??? AND his family came out to help as well, my donut was flat and his family went and filled it with air for me!!! They definitely went above and beyond for me today!!! I will forever be grateful for them!! They had every reason not to come out there and help me, but hey did anyways!!!! I wish more people in this world were as kind as them!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!! And I'll definitely be eating there as soon as possible!!! This was the true definition of wonderful customer service!!! Thank you so much!!❤️❤️

Employees were all Chinese and could barely speak English. One lady came out from the back and gave me a nasty look. I believe she was a manager and foreign as well. I would rather support a business with American workers!
