Jersey Mike's Subs

I normally go to Publix for subs, I was tired and traffic heavy so decided to try Jersey Mike's. I paid double for the sandwich, and mine was terrible. I ordered a tuna, my regular choice in subs, but within 10 minutes, a 1.4 mile trip back, the roll was so soggy I threw it out and just ate the guts with a fork. My husband said his was only okay, and said he didn't care for it again.
To think we could of had a sit down meal at Backyard or Cali's for less money.

Logan at Jersey Mike’s absolutely deserves a 5-star review. He went above and beyond from start to finish. You can clearly see how much pride he takes in his work, he made my sandwich incredibly fast, but with amazing care and attention to detail. It ended up being the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had, hands down. Friendly, efficient, and exceptional at what he does. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Logan. Five stars all the way!

Logan did a phenomenal job handling my gluten free club sub! It’s hard to find places that take gluten allergies seriously, glad to know I can rely on jersey mikes!

Our family of 4 split 2 subs, 1 Turkey, with just turkey, cheese, and lettuce, and a Chicken Philly. No drinks, no sides, no coolies, $40.

Two people working. That’s it. It’s 530p in a beach town. This company is sad, they cut labor everywhere and expect customers to just wait now. That’s a miserable experience as a customer and I’m assuming as an employee.

Delicious sandwich. Everything was fresh and the place was cute inside and very clean. We will return.

I love Jersey Mikes

I get that you guys are training new people but at least help them or show them how to make subs before throwing them on the line to make subs. Bunch of people standing around not knowing what to do or how to help. Half of my bread didnt have mayo. Didnt get any oil or vinegar after ordering mikes way. All of the food placement was wrong. Bacon on only one side of my sub and so on. The entire experience was bad. This went from being my go to jersey mikes, to not wanting to come back. Ill find another spot. Way too expensive of subs to be messing up this badly. I want consistent food. Not a surprise for all when i come.

We've stopped here a few times while wintering here in N Myrtle Beach. Great selection of Subs and a little on the pricey side. Food is always fresh, very good and quickly prepared. Its too bad the staff is not as friendly as the advertisements on the take out bag states. Otherwise, a solid 4 star!
