We ate there a month or so ago (we are from out of town) and it was great. The subs are made fresh right in front of you. The staff were friendly and helpful when I was unable to make up my mind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat and some great company.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs (I heard so much about them). I purchase a turkey sandwich and a chicken sandwich, I forgot which one. The sandwiches were okay. Since I found out one is is NY, I'll give it a try again. I'll see if the sandwiches I buy taste a little better.

It was very poor. We ordered two roast beef sandwiches. The gentleman was on the slicer he is short with red-hair and has piercings, gave an attitude to me and my father when we asked if we can have the meat and cheese on the bottom and he just sir I'm putting it on top and flipping the sub over. After this was said he snickered and mumbled to himself. With all the choices of places to get lunch this is one place we will NEVER go to again. I hope people in the area read this and also choose other places to go.

I'm a good customer of jersey mikes subs in Conway South Carolina, and the crew and the manager was VERY ROOD TO ME!!!!!!!! I asked them nicely about the 2-subs I wanted and they just couldn't understand how to get my order correct!!!!!! i would definitely not recommend this place on church street in conway,south Carolina!!!!!!! VERY Disrespectful and very rood people!!!!!!

I went to the Jersey Mike's in Surfside Beach today. Past experiences have been good. Today, I ordered the #2 Jersey Shore, Provolone, ham and cappacuolo. Didn't notice until I got home, 15 minutes away, that they gave me the wrong sandwich. It was turkey. The person slicing the meats for the sandwich was too busy talking to other employees behind the counter to pay attention to what he was doing. He also had 2 or 3 sandwiches going at the same time. My recommendation to other customers is to watch what they are making for you. I'll give them one more chance and if they screw that one up I will no longer be a customer.

When I first was in it was two young ladies and they look at me and didn’t say nothing . The one with the red hair acted like she didn’t want to help me but help the next person who came in . So rude ,, need better employees with good customers services . I work in customer service for 8 years and still do and I know how it feels to be ignored and get bad food when you pay good money on nothing but bread with no meat smh. But anyways when the other girl finally came over she ask me can I help you , I told her yes I have a pick up so she said they working on it so I told her ok can you put less chicken .. she said yes so idk if she was being funny she didn’t giveme no chicken at all and on top of that it tasted like I had more ranch than anything and the bacon was old and hard . SMH this location lost my business
Every time I come into the store I'm greeted with smiles, the food is always made fresh, all the workers there are nice and professional, their workstation is always clean and the store is impeccable. just putting in my two cents here but I don't know where else I would eat if it wasn't for them

Came here twice and let me tell you, I feel in love with the BLT! I will never go anywhere else. And the girls that work there are so sweet and friendly, and they have great conversation.

Walked in and walked right out after we saw two employees get up from eating at a table, lick their fingers (one wiped their nose) and head over to attempt to make our sandwiches without washing their hands. Yes, they grabbed gloves, but that defeats the purpose if you're handling them with dirty hands. Seems to be a common theme with this location (read other reviews). Absolutely GROSS!

I love Jersey Mike's but decided not to eat at this location because the blonde manager with tattoos has a HUGE attitude problem. We walked in and she didn't even greet us. She just stood there and stared until my mom started ordering. This is my mom's first time at a Jersey Mike's and she ordered everything at once and the manager rolled her eyes and told her to wait a minute so my mom waited and then she just stared at my mom again so my mom finished ordering and she goes with an extreme attitude "you can give me your toppings after I cut it. What else do you want?" to where my mom turned around and felt extremely embarrassed. She continued to roll her eyes again and we just left. Obviously she should find a new career away from the public. Very disappointing. I'm just glad there are 5 other locations around here.
