Love Jersey Mikes. Been in this store several times and always had something that was just not right, poor customer service, improper pricing at checkout, lack of care when building subs, missing ingredients. Probably won’t visit this one again. Lacking compared to other stores. I don’t think that management really cares, trying to maximize profit forsaking quality.

Do not order from here. This last ordered twice a Philly steak and ended up on the toilet for hours. Think the employees don't wash there hands. Never had this experience at any other jersey Mike's. Been a fan for years. But will never eat at this place again.

My husband ordered the Big Kahuna. They made a regular cheesesteak so we had to wait for the correct sandwich to be made. It was so greasy and soggy. My husband removed the steak part from the bread and ate it without the bread. I ordered the Italian and requested it to be made Mike’s way. I asked for pickles, banana peppers and the red peppers on the side. The girl put the pickles on the sandwich and then started to give me jalapeños instead of banana peppers. I don’t think the staff listens when you tell them things I told her light on the oil and vinegar, and there was so much on there it was dripping out of the sandwich. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. Staff needs some more training and the manager needs to pay attention to what his staff is doing.

Rowanna and Keisha took me by great shock. I was in there about 4-6 weeks ago right as they were about to close, ordered my sandwich and went about my way. I returned today, and rowanna greeted me kindly and said what can I get for you hon? And before I could answer she said “giant #11 with American cheese? White bread?” I honestly looked behind me to make sure she was talking to me because I was honestly SHOOK. She remembered my order from being there one time. She said I was there twice but the time before last was sometime in the summer. Absolutely impeccable service. Truly Amazing and so sweet they both are. Not to mention, the bread at this location is always the most fresh.

We walked to this location because it was close to our resort/hotel, and it was almost 8 PM when we arrived and got settled.
What I liked...this was close to our hotel/resort and we were able to eat at Donalds the next two days because it is right next door.
What I did not like...the bread was not fresh, the staff seemed to just throw up the sandwiches. They placed the bread on the counter instead of the paper. They used the same knife to cut all sandwiches. Even though I told the lady taking the order when we first arrived...she still ended up asking me about every component of my order when she was building the inside of the Veggie sub and adding the Mike's Way part of the sandwich. I would rather you either read what I provided the first time or do not ask me until you are ready to build it instead of me having to say the entire order twice.
I know I am not returning to this location.
