Worker put mayonnaise all over my sandwich when I didn't ask for any. When I told her I didn't want mayo she just kind of scraped it off and wouldn't give me new bread. To top it off she added way too much oil and vinegar so the sandwich was so soggy and mayo flavored I couldn't even eat it. Bummer

No sense of urgency with the amount of folks waiting. The size of the wrap seemed smaller vs other locations...Will not visit this location again...
Best subs as far as chain sub shops go. We love the spicy red relish on their subs. Always on the lookout for Jersey Mike's when we travel. The best!

It was extremely busy this afternoon but I was impressed by the customer service. They acknowledged every customer who came in and made sure they were taken care of. I had a mobile order and waited a couple extra minutes but didn’t mind because of the acknowledgement and how organized they were. You don’t see that in most places anymore so I truly appreciate the great service!
