I am a regular at this location I asked my wife to stop and get my regular sandwich a Giant Roast Beef no cheese and just lettuce. What a major disappointment for my 20$ the amount of meat on this sandwich was embarrassing. I basically got a loaf of bread with lettuce on it. I never write or review unless something far exceeded my expectations Or was a joke this was the latter. For 20$ this was the worst I ever had at Jersey Mikes. So disappointed in my regular location…gotta find a new location and start building a new relationship….

I live right by the Carolina Forest Location but ALWAYS make the drive to this location it’s the best 10/10 always great service & they make the sandwich’s better at this location compared to others the manager here is always nice and the tall blonde girl is always on top of things not sure if she’s a manager but if not she should be

usually not a big deal when you're ready to go thinking you're about to get your sandwich and go, and then stand there like an idiot with no sandwich. the kid at the register couldn't even tell me himself that he gave my sandwich to the other guy after just talking and handing me my change or even apologize. tired of the poor service in this area. I also didn't ask for my sandwich to be salted like a steak either I can't even eat it. the worst experience I understand it gets busy but a body is not just a body you can't just throw someone who clearly has no idea whats going on at the end of the service line. he didn't even say a word to me like just forget you attitude.

I LOVE this CF location specifically. The employees really make a good sandwich and pay attention to your requests for light or extra toppings. Everything is neat and not sloppy. Great team here!

Very disappointed in this Jersey Mike’s. Just got home from picking up my subs. I ordered 2 Stickball subs, extra meat on both, and peppers on one of the subs. I think I received extra meat on one sandwich, but you can visibly see, I did not receive extra meat on the 2nd sandwich. When I took both sandwiches back to the shop, the “assistant manager” said I did receive extra meat on both because he is the one who slices the meat. He proceeded to count the slices on the sandwich (I got 3 paper thin slices of salami and ham on the sandwich he claims got extra meat) and he said the weight is the same. I have been going to Jersey Mike’s since this location opened and I have never seen them weigh anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it will certainly be the last time. I will go elsewhere.
