We ordered tuna grinders. The tuna mixture was extremely spicy. It tasted like someone dumped a whole jar of pepper in the mix where .i mention it to the team, they all grin and said yeah, but way too much pepper. It’ll be a while before I go back. I’ll hit the closest one to me by Renée Drive.

Let me start by saying I rated their food ”4” because I’m an onion lover and Jersey Mikes onions are awful! Maybe it’s just this store, but the onions are long, stringy and old! They do not scrutinize what they’re cutting and putting in that bin! What that causes, is an awful experience! That goes for any veggie! Be more conscious of what you're cutting and putting on “every” sandwich cause your carelessness could cause you to lose a lifelong customer! I’ll be back, but if I get similar onions, I’ll be going to Firehouse, Jimmy John’s and any other sandwich shop who cares enough to make everything right!

I am a regular at this location I asked my wife to stop and get my regular sandwich a Giant Roast Beef no cheese and just lettuce. What a major disappointment for my 20$ the amount of meat on this sandwich was embarrassing. I basically got a loaf of bread with lettuce on it. I never write or review unless something far exceeded my expectations Or was a joke this was the latter. For 20$ this was the worst I ever had at Jersey Mikes. So disappointed in my regular location…gotta find a new location and start building a new relationship….

I live right by the Carolina Forest Location but ALWAYS make the drive to this location it’s the best 10/10 always great service & they make the sandwich’s better at this location compared to others the manager here is always nice and the tall blonde girl is always on top of things not sure if she’s a manager but if not she should be

usually not a big deal when you're ready to go thinking you're about to get your sandwich and go, and then stand there like an idiot with no sandwich. the kid at the register couldn't even tell me himself that he gave my sandwich to the other guy after just talking and handing me my change or even apologize. tired of the poor service in this area. I also didn't ask for my sandwich to be salted like a steak either I can't even eat it. the worst experience I understand it gets busy but a body is not just a body you can't just throw someone who clearly has no idea whats going on at the end of the service line. he didn't even say a word to me like just forget you attitude.
