I could be wrong, but it just didn't seem like they had all the stuff to put on your sandwich. They just had like 6 items, tomato onion, lettuce, ect. As with all Jersey, Mike's, the staff is always friendly.

Recommended dishes: The Original Italian

Employees were so nice and didn’t charge because we had to wait ( a very short wait!) everything tasted great and very fresh!

Staff at this location are rude and disrespectful. I placed an online order for their location. When I arrived, they informed me they could not find my order. Jennifer was rude and short. She said she is not responsible for any online orders pinging to the wrong location. She made a few calls to the other locations and found my order 3 miles away. When she told me where to go pick it up she very rudely said “you’re welcome.” She acted like she was doing me a favor. There was only one other customer in the store and she was visibly upset that she had to help me. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

Ordered a sub 25 min before they closed . Instead of making the sub they canceled the order , thats just lazy . I'm quite positive that if the owner knew the employees were canceling orders they wouldn't be very happy . We all have jobs and adult responsibilities, if your job is making subs , then you need to make them until the store closes.

Third time in here, the food is decent but not good enough to make up for the rudeness/ bad attitude of the employees, especially desire’e. I won’t be back. The Jersey Mike’s down the street is great. I recommend going there.

We were never greeted upon entry. I was trying to explain the type of sub that I wanted and I got an attitude from the gentleman that was helping me. They never asked me what type of bread I wanted and as soon as they started making my sandwich I stated you didn't ask me. I wanted the Rosemary parmesan and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We visited a different Jersey Mike's yesterday and the difference was unbelievable. I would never recommend this jersey Mike's. Terrible unpleasant service. But you don't like your job then don't work there
