Third time in here, the food is decent but not good enough to make up for the rudeness/ bad attitude of the employees, especially desire’e. I won’t be back. The Jersey Mike’s down the street is great. I recommend going there.

We were never greeted upon entry. I was trying to explain the type of sub that I wanted and I got an attitude from the gentleman that was helping me. They never asked me what type of bread I wanted and as soon as they started making my sandwich I stated you didn't ask me. I wanted the Rosemary parmesan and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. We visited a different Jersey Mike's yesterday and the difference was unbelievable. I would never recommend this jersey Mike's. Terrible unpleasant service. But you don't like your job then don't work there

This is one of the worst Jersey Mikes that I have been to. When I walked in I wasn't greeted or acknowledged the employees continued to have a conversation amongst themselves. After they were done the girl asked "what do you want?" Not how may I help you. They are very rude. Im so glad in NC they are very respectful. I will never visit that place again when I come to SC

As a brand regular, I find Jersey Mike’s to be fairly consistent (city vs city, state vs state). And I order the exact same sub each time. Third time in this particular store in the past couple years. Three strikes you’re out. After a barely edible sub the previous week (bread was seriously stale), I politely asked the young man if one type was more fresh than the other one. I wasn’t looking for an apology or free food. I simply wanted to increase my chances of a better experience. Devoid of any emotion or care and almost bothered by the question, he shrugged and mumbled something like how would he know, the bread is always all the same. I ordered anyway. Couldn’t eat it - the bread was super stale (again), which would have bothered me less, had my in-store experience been more pleasant. This team definitely needs more training, so they can represent the brand better. I visit the one a little further up at least weekly and that team is always spot on amazing.

The subs are very good, but the 2 guys working had a attitude. I had to tell 1 of them 4 times as he was making my sub which one I ordered as he kept trying to make a sub that I didn't order. Then he charged me for 1 that I didn't order and his attitude was it was killing him to change it to what I ordered.

Great sub, the young man working Thursday night had a girl and a very young man working and the place was packed and this gentleman did everything and got everyone their sub without much help. Great job!
