I never saw them use a different slicer in between cutting meat and cheese.. the cheese stake giant we got had hot meat Luke warm peppers, so temp difference was a possible cause of my food poisoning. I can't help but wonder why they used the same knife to cut all sandwiches... the food allergies from this place must be unreal... save your time and money 💰

I eat here often because I am a gluten free. I had an online order today and somehow unmarked the gf bread selection before I placed the order. I only caught it after I took the first bite... I called and told them the situation and they fixed it free of charge.Was so generous and shows how much they care about their customers.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is great. They use udi so it is on the dry side. Would recommend noting a sauce and to spread it on both sides of the bread. Makes it not as dry.

Expensive! $30 for 2 subs that two people ate. Even with enough leftover for a snack (for one) it works out to around $9+ per serving, simple math. ?

Amazing place!!! Food was yummy! Employees were so kind and happy to be there! Place was spotless! My lettuce and tomato’s were so fresh!!! Definitely returning!

Lettuce for sandwich was brown. Tomato looked like they were sliced last week. Employees coughing and sneezing while making sandwich. Not enough meat on sandwich.

This was the worst meal ever created. My nephew purchased 4 sandwiches for almost $92.00 that had absolutely no meat or cheese on it but had every shred of lettuce in the state of South Carolina! When we called the shop to complain and speak to a manager, we were told that one wasn't available until Monday. This is 5:30pm on Friday night! Now I'm out almost $100 for dinner for 5 people and I have to wait until Monday to get a satisfactory result? This isn't the way to run a business folks!!!!

The staff here is great! They were busy with online orders, but accommodated our family with great service and friendliness. They allowed us to use our coupons, even though they wouldn’t scan in the app. Definitely will be back!

I asked if they could make a tuna melt(I had to explain what that was. They said "subway is the ones that toast or melt" Have they read the menu? Anyway a tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese looks like this.... I think they actually don't know what tuna salad is either! I bet Danny Devito knows.

Went to Jersey Mike on Renee drive in Myrtle Beach today and i literally had to use a magnifying glass to see my meat very poor sandwich. Must admit this was the first time that this has happened to me

Ordered chipotle chicken cheesesteak with jalapenos to go. Got home opened the wrapping and it was a regular cheesesteak with way too many jalapenos. Ate a few bites didn't taste right. One side of the sandwich looked like it just sat in the grease from the Philly meat. The brownie was more satisfying than the sandwich. It sucks when you're looking forward to your lunch because you don't always get to go out with your schedule and the food is disappointing. Should put a bit more care in the food you make
