Jersey Mike over Subway any day! But people need to be aware that terrible service even if the food is good.
I went to Jersey Mikes today( literally just left) and I always get the #8 club. The only woman in there was super nice, smiled, talked to me. The guys in there looked like they hated being there. The guy that made my sandwich laid it on the bare counter instead of the cutting board or wrapping paper, he never made eye contact and he spoke so low I couldn’t hear anything he asked me,I get to the check out portion and the next guy was the same way, he said:is that all? , I said yes, he gave me the total and blew his breath (sorry I bothered you sir), I even smiled and tried to talk, they just looked like they just wanted me to hurry up and go. They looked like high school kids or maybe early college, they were not welcoming or friendly. I see that a lot here in SouthCarolina, but it really turns you away from wanting to go out anywhere.i didn’t see a point in calling the store because a lot of the times the managers know them or the families and they get away with whatever.
But anyway, Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite places, I’ll just choose another location next time.

Food is great, but is management aware that the employees shut down the store 30 minutes early? On website it says they close at 9pm, I showed up right at 8:30pm and was denied because they were closing for night?

The food and service at this location is always excellent! Specifically, today I was in there getting my sandwich made And the workers greeted me with kindness and smiles the whole time! I also watched them get yelled at by a customer who accidentally got mushrooms on their sandwich and chose some not very nice words to say to these workers. During the entire interaction, the woman working was nothing but kind and respectful to the customer, even though she was not getting that in return. I used to work in the fast food service and it’s definitely a difficult thing to do and remain so positive like these workers do! The sandwiches are always so great here too, one of my fav locations !

Great store , I have been here multiple times and always great services and food. Today we got lunch for all the guys at my work, all orders were correct and the crew were great and friendly will recommend as the best Jersey Mikes around!

So I did make a fool out of myself because I got home and mistook the chicken bacon ranch for a Philly. I went back and had it remade after all I have had many sandwiches from JM and this one was a lot different.
The CBR tasted dry and old and was more the color of beef than chicken. I am unsure of what they had done at this store but it was not a good sandwich and tasted nothing like it should have but I do apologizing for mistaking the sand which for something else. This is really a shame because usually they are on their game.

Convenient, quick, friendly & fresh. A bit pricey. I guess Danny DeVito does not work cheap! Lol. The place is a rare, special treat for me.

My wife and I enjoyed a meal together on September 4, 2025. I want to commend the gentlemen who to our order, made our sandwiches, and checked us out. These young men represented your fine establishment with a spirit of excellence. We will definitely be back when we are in the area! A huge shout out to Cameron, Kaden, Maverick, and Ty. Thank you for making us feel valued as customers.
