Jersey Mike's Subs

Absolute worst location!! I asked for the meat to be sliced a bit thicker because you can barely taste anything on the sandwich, and I was told by two MANAGERS that were working the same shift that I would be charged for extra meat! If that's what I wanted it would have been asked for. I go to this location quite frequently and it was never an issue. Never again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Love jersey mikes. But I'm in here picking up an order and both ladies have long hair hanging over there shoulders and they are cooking. I hope you don't get any hairs in the food. What happened to hair nets or tying your hair back?

Ordered online. 3 classic pastrami for family from out of town. They love Jersey Mikes and are from Jersey. We were all disappointed with what looked like a flat sandwich with barely any pastrami on it and a few pickles. I won't be back.

It's a disrespectful Joke calling it a cheesesteak especially since they r from the Philadelphia area. They need to stop being cheap and start putting some meat on their sandwiches

Two workers tonight october 25 were awful. Asked not once, not twice, but three times what I wanted on it. They both said to me sorry we forgot what do you want again. AND THEY STILL MESSED IT UP. Not to mention my gift card didn’t work on the swipe, the cashier handed it to me and said go to where you bought it, so I had to ask the guy to put it in manually to which it then obviously worked. If the customer knows your job better than you somethings wrong

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was really nice—clean, welcoming, and perfect for a casual meal. I ordered a sub, but they accidentally gave me a different one. To my surprise, it was extremely good and a decent size! I appreciated the generous portions and fresh ingredients. Even though it wasn't the sub I originally ordered, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend giving it a try. I’ll be back for sure!

Live off Farrow Parkway-Lived here for 12 years! Been to this establishment twice! The first time was about 6 months ago! A child was jumping up and down screaming! The adults with her was doing nothing and neither was the employees! I went back tonight because I was in a hurry and the person that waited on me took my $20 and took a mirror and put it up to my bill ! It was insulting! No one pays cash anymore for a $13 bill?? Will never go back there again!!!!!
