Jersey Mike's Subs

Employees were friendly BUT the food to disappoint! The quality of the subs continues to go downhill. Ordered one gigantic sub and a large sub for a recent get together. The steak on the cheesesteak was almost nonexistent. The chicken cheesesteak was the same. Like the ol commercial “where’s the beef?” Stop being so sparse with the meat and get back to making subs the way you once did.

Food is good and the staff is friendly but it's a pretty boring place to eat. It's definitely just to get your food and go rather than a place to hang.

Been here a couple of months ago and the cheese steak was great. Today I wait 20 plus minutes for a dry stale roll and not sure how they managed it but the steak and cheese was dry too. Not sure if it was precooked and sitting there but for $20 you have to do better.😞

i was so upset because they didnt put pickles in my sandwich

They tried to serve me a $20 sub with a thin half slices of meat. When I pointed out that they weren't whole slices and you could read a paper through them, I was told that's how they teach us to make them. No attempt to correct my sandwich, just do you want it or not. Never been more disappointed in a Jersey Mike's. Their quality has severely dropped since they opened, is it a southern thing to serve people bread sandwiches with very limited cheap cold cuts.

Absolutely the worst Jersey Mike’s around. Called several times about an issue with an order, they never answer the phone!! Never had such a bad experience with Jersey Mike’s. Had to pay full price for an order never received.

You can never go wrong with Jersey Mike. I enjoy their hot sandwiches.

For $18 bucks we got a soggy, lame steak and cheese sub. Asked for them to add lettuce and tomato. Lame lettuce and no tomato. It was an online order so didn’t open the wrapping until we got home or I would have dealt with it at that store. Doesn’t look anything like the steak and cheese on the website does it?

This location is absolutely horrible!!! Do not even spend your hard earned money here. Bought a $20 giant sub which had one slice of turkey and one piece of cheese LoL. Subway, Publix, firehouse blow this location away. Sad because the other ones actually know how to make a sandwich. I’d like a refund but they don’t answer .
