Horrible. I live in Market Common and come here often. I placed my order on the website because it was just easier and I was in a time crunch. I waited in line for 6 minutes in the drive thru. No one noticed. I called nobody answered. I have placed orders previously and always have service. After waiting 6 minutes, I walked inside. To clarify I was not going to write a bad review but then I got home to my food. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR OR ORDERED. I asked for the tomatoes, lettuce and ranch on the side, so that in transit it would not become soggy. I paid for the Chicken Ranch Philly because I wanted the bacon on it. NOTHING. disgusting. What is the point of ordering for extra and paying for bacon on sub if you’re not going to receive your order correct. Sloppy. Disgusting. Hire employees that WORK. I called while I was in the drive thru. No one answered. Saw one person literally outside smoking at the trash cans while in the drive thru. I want my money back. I will NEVER ever visit this store ever again. Disgusting. I wish I could personally speak with the owner and.or manager. That is disgusting behavior and terrible customer service. I don’t even want to pay for my food. Don’t use internet ordering if you’re not equipped to do internet orders or even allow the customer to have what they ordered.

2 girls behind the counter ignored me, one scrolling her phone both talking diff language to ea. other while I stared waiting as the only guest. The girl that took my order was obvi struggling w her English and w/no help from the other 2 employees. Maybe I would’ve gotten my order right.For a $15 sub I expect better service.
I was amazed at how good the food was. My husband ordered a large size sub, it was humongous and packed with meat. He said it was delicious! I ordered a smaller sub and it was also excellent. The service was very slow, probably because lack of staff. The atmosphere was a typical takeout joint, with some tables and chairs.

I’ve been to this location several times and they continue to disappoint. These peppers are still raw. And I paid for EXTRA mushrooms which I didn’t get. The sandwich is mostly bread with a few ingredients sloppily added. Won’t be back to this location.

Jersey Mike's is my second all time place for a sandwich. Everyone was very nice as soon as I entered the building so thank you and I'll be back number 6 is roast beef and the number 13 is the Italian I love them both and have a hard choosing every
