server literally said..."this isnt subway" bread was hard and chewy. sandwich had little to no flavor. honestly dont know why anyone would eat here the second time.

If you want a sub made-to-order, then order somewhere else.
Unfortunately terrible experience. Disappointing service from the manager Chris Martin. Won't be back.
-Both sandwiches were made completely wrong, Chris acknowledged making both sandwiches.
-Order was delivered to (and left at) the wrong address.
-The first time I called I was hung up on mid-sentence by our delivery driver (Chris confirmed) who told me our order went to the right location.
-Chris answered the following calls. He was repeatedly argumentative and dismissive and refused to refund our order.
-Chris told me the owner is the only one who can issue refunds and he won't call me back because he doesn't like to be involved in the day-to-day operations.
Google shows the owner of this franchise is Logan Rogers. It's a shame successful franchises like Jimmy John's allow owners to tarnish their reputation as a result of their neglect.
Update: 7/13/24 - finally received a call from someone from the store. They continue refusing to issue a refund. They offered us a Jimmy John's gift card instead...terrible customer service. Don't trust them.
Update: 8/27/24 - They never delivered or mailed the gift card to our address they have on file. So UNRESOLVED to date. They really are a bad business.

Being rude and misled me to push me not to use the coupon which later I found I deserved. If you don’t wanna customers to use coupons then do not come up with them!
Great location, within walking distance from the condo & beach. The employees were so nice we came back twice! I could eat the Club Lulu with herb wrap every summer day.

Should be ashamed for charging ppl $10 for a 2 thin slices of meat wrap. Couldn't taste no meat for the lettuce. Just a bland wrap.

Jay Dellinger should be appalled by the lack of customer service from his employees within this establishment. As a local I have visited this location multiple times and have had the same experiences every time. Whoever claims to be the manager refuses to correct orders or listen to customers without cutting them off. When I attempted to get information regarding the franchise owner a woman at the front wrote his name almost illegibly(probably on purpose) and told me to "Google him for more information". Will no longer give any business to this location and will definitely inform my friends and family to avoid as well.

The older gentleman working would not supply 2 mayo packets. He wanted me to pay for them (which I was fine with) bc I ordered a slim sandwich. He even argued with me through the entire transaction. Find another sandwich shop in Myrtle Beach with someone who actually cares about service.

Food was good but the attitude from the manager and them getting our order wrong was ridiculous. We have eaten at hundreds of Jimmy John's across the country. We ordered wheat for some of our giant subs and they served us sandwich bread. The manager had a major attitude after I asked her about it.

This Jimmy John’s conveniently located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a really good restaurant. The employees were nice. The store was clean. The food was good. We recommend this restaurant.

Rolled in at just after 12 noon. No other customers in the store. They wouldn't do half tomatoes on my kids sub as one likes them and the other doesn't... weird but Ok. We wait almost an hour for our subs as the guy at the counter just kept taking orders and the only other guy working I'm pretty sure started yesterday. It wasn't until a 3rd guy showed up that sandwiches were made. We got 5 subs, my wife's didn't have chicken on the one side hardly at all. They wouldn't cut my kids in half because "they don't have knives". The subs were horrible too! I love JJs and I genuinely hated my sub somehow here. The atmosphere was great.
