Food was good but the attitude from the manager and them getting our order wrong was ridiculous. We have eaten at hundreds of Jimmy John's across the country. We ordered wheat for some of our giant subs and they served us sandwich bread. The manager had a major attitude after I asked her about it.

Rolled in at just after 12 noon. No other customers in the store. They wouldn't do half tomatoes on my kids sub as one likes them and the other doesn't... weird but Ok. We wait almost an hour for our subs as the guy at the counter just kept taking orders and the only other guy working I'm pretty sure started yesterday. It wasn't until a 3rd guy showed up that sandwiches were made. We got 5 subs, my wife's didn't have chicken on the one side hardly at all. They wouldn't cut my kids in half because "they don't have knives". The subs were horrible too! I love JJs and I genuinely hated my sub somehow here. The atmosphere was great.

Went on 9/5/23 at 830 and the website clearly states closes at 9 get there and they are closed when I pulled the door the guy looked at me and yelled we are closed I yelled it ain’t 9 o’clock he said rudely we closed early this is why people don’t respect fast food lazy workers constantly closing early oh and there was another set of customers behind me to

It's a pity I can't give NEGATIVE starsMy food was vomitrocius (that's a word now)I love Jimmy John's. It's my favorite sub shop of all those in this area and back home. We came to this location to get sandwiches since we had no intention of going out in the hurricane rain. We've to this location before and everything was great. As a rule I get the Billy Club with NO condiments. I don't eat mayonnaise on sandwiches unless it's really dry & then i have to be the one to apply it. But I digress. When I got ready to eat my sandwich it was LOADED with mayonnaise. I had to pull the veggies out because they had become flaccid and were full of mayonnaise. Enough that you could wring the mayonnaise out like you can water from a wash cloth. It took me a minute to realize that there was actually roast beef on my sandwich.The person who was working spoke/understood little English. You come here legally and work legally then I support you. The manager should be fired. I was going to say he needed to be smacked but that would be rude. A good manager would have had a person who spoke fairly good English in there assisting. I suppose if you really think about it the manager is responsible for this sandwich I paid money in good faith that my end product would be what I requested Nope, nope, nopedy, nope. if this is corporate owned get off your hiney and come see for your selves. if this is privately owned then I shake my finger in your face while I "Bless Your little ole pea picking Heart".

A Jimmy Johns lady came out today & told me I couldn't park in a spot I'd been parking in for over 10 years. I'd suggest this spot be marked as 'No Parking' to avoid confusion in the future.
