I always order for delivery as I work across the street, unfortunately the last few times I’ve ordered it has taken well over an hour to even be out for delivery. When I say across the street, I mean that I can literally see the store. Really disappointed in the “freaky fast” delivery. I work in a restaurant so I understand things happen but an hour is really not excusable more than once or twice.

Worst experience I've had in awhile ordered delivery wasn't told Uber would be delivering until after the money had been collected then got a text saying it was delivered went to my door to get it not there looked around nowhere called the manager at Jimmy John's and told him he laughed and said not our problem and argued with me and didn't try to help at all I will never buy another sub from Jimmy John's
I have been here 3 times, during the lunch hour, the place was closed, 3 times, not ever going back. Hire some damn reliable people.

We visited from out of town on 7.22.25 at 1 pm and stopped by for a sub. Your team member was amazing, kind and patient with a customer. She worked very hard and was diligent to ensure everyone was met with a smile. I didn't get her name but she deserves accolades for her great service.

We have been to your store twice and the first time we were told the toaster was broken and they had run out of a lot of meat but they would try to make us something. We walked out. This was before 7pm and they close at 9.
We went again another day at 6:30 and we asked if the toaster was working. The girl said yes. Then I ordered a sandwich toasted and a woman came out from the back room and said the toaster is off because of the time they close. We walked out!

Smells like cigarettes and BO from junkie employees. Came in at 4 in the afternoon and the lady hadn't done her prep so there was only a turkey club or roast beef to choose from. I don't know who does the hiring, but great job!

A year or two ago, I woulda bragged on this place. Now, for an 8” sub you wait 45 minutes with mid tier preparation and customer service. jersey mikes will definitely be the way to go moving forward. You lost a loyal longer customer today.

This location use to be great! The new lady that works there for the past few months ignores the phone when you call in for a pick up ordered. Shes not friendly and rude..I sure do miss the old staff. They were so friendly ,professional, and fast..

I ordered a tuna club for hubby. Asked for onions and peppers.. neither was on it when I got home.
I ordered The Pepe for myself. There had to be 3 small pieces on ham. And maybe a piece or 2 of cheese. Very disappointing. Didn’t see until I got them home. Will not get another sandwich from here!

The workers here are terrible! You walk in the door and they're usually sitting around on their phones and take their time getting up to wait on you. They consistently get my order wrong and act like it's your fault. Unfortunately, I keep hoping for better service but it doesn't happen. Place just needs to close or fire all the employees. Got home to find my order wasn't correct and this was after they tried to only give me half my order and he said, we'll, I guess I can make it. Uh, yea, you will!

2 out of 3 ain't bad...but when I called them to inform them of this mistake, the GM wouldn't make it right! The reason people order out is so when they get home they don't have to cook or go back out for someone's mistake!! Shame on her for not offering a store credit!! I just wanted my ham and cheese.....#1 not the #3...there is a difference!!
Such a great go to place!! Subs and wraps always fresh whenever I go. I’m not entirely sure how to spell her name, but Shamell greeted me and took my order and was absolutely wonderful. Good customer service is hard to come by today and it was much appreciated!
