I wish I didn’t have to leave 1 star. I went to this location tonight at 8:35 and surprisingly the doors were already locked. The trash worker I meant little girl was leaning over the counter just strolling through her phone. When I said what time it was she wanted to be a victim crying that she was the only person working. What does that have to do with the doors being locked almost 30 mins early? I got in my car and called inside the store and the dummy answered and again wanted to play victim asking why was I giving her a hard time, she’s the only person working, which she wasn’t working CLEARLY. When I asked for corporate number she hung up. The corporate number online doesn’t even have a voicemail which further shows this company is a JOKE. You definitely lost a loyal customer and sadly I’ll never eat here again and by the looks of these reviews I won’t be the only one. I suggest finding people that can work the hours their scheduled for.
I went in and ordered the pickle sandwich, it does not have much taste, especially pickle taste. And way more expensive then I thought it would be for a pickle and meat.

So I forgot my lunch today and figured I would grab a sub. We'll I figured go somewhere quick so I hit Jimmy Johns subs. I ordered the new turkey club bourbon sriracha sub. I got chips and a drink and my total was $17.40. I had no idea they have gone up that high but it was already ordered. When I got the sub and opened it, I could not believe what I got. There was like 1 piece of turkey and 2 small pieces of bacon. I did order light lettuce but as you see I probably should have ordered more. I even asked the clerk if only 1 piece of turkey comes on it and he told me there was 3 on there. The sauce was good but no heat or spice at all. It was very disappointing 😞. Going to mark Jimmy johns off the list. You well see in the pics looks nothing like the advertisement which nothing ever does but this is not even close! The staff was great no complaints with them! The staff is why 2 stars and not 1.

The two employees on staff were both smoking and on phone calls in the parking lot and 1 of them went in with us to take our order. The other continued smoking outside the front door. Asked if we were here for pickup and we said no and she seemed so annoyed. The smoker walked in while the other was taking 15 min for just 2 sandwiches (the little John sandwiches too like nothing crazy) and someone else came in to order and the original person stopped making our food to go out in the other persons order while the smoker was just standing and on their phone???? Then when our food was ready she gave ours to the other ppl and they immediately noticed the order was incorrect so they handed it to us. Within us getting in our car, our food was wrong and the people who got their food right after us also walked back in because their food was wrong too. They seemed so annoyed that they made our food wrong. The workers reeked our cigarettes and were not “freaky fast” by any means. Clear out 30 mins of your time for 2 little johns if you come to this location.

I ordered $35 worth of food and had to throw half of it away. When I arrived, the restaurant smelled so strongly of marijuana, and I quickly realized it was one of the workers (Caucasian, curly hair, light eyes), as he walked past me on the way out the door with someone from the neighboring restaurant (in uniform).
I know it’s hard to get workers who aren’t using drugs, but based on recent reviews, if some changes aren’t made here, you won’t have a restaurant.
Two of my 4 sandwiches, which happened to be for my kids, who are small and picky, were flat-out wrong. This was even after I noticed one of the sandwiches was missing. So, they made it on the spot, apologetically. They asked me what was supposed to be on it, and they STILL made it wrong.
Get some employees who are not as high as kites if you value your customer base. We won’t be back.

I am so disappointed to have opened both of my sandwiches to see the lettuce looked old, and the roast beef was not fresh. Also, I asked for onion and the guy said, “Sure, no problem.” No onion on my sandwiches, and both were not edible. The prep area was not clean. There wasn’t anyone behind the counter when I went in, and the dining room was a disaster. The front windows had fingerprints all over them and looked like they had never been cleaned. It was just a mess. I should have turned around and gone home.

They aren't listening, put cheese on two sandwiches when we told them many times, skip the cheese. Also, bring your own water, as they'd charge .50 cents for a cup of water from their machine, despicable, never again.

The servers do not listen to the orders, miss the ingredients, and put in ones I did not want.Also, they wanted to charge us for water cups - 50c each - I have never seen it in JJ anywhere!
