They aren't listening, put cheese on two sandwiches when we told them many times, skip the cheese. Also, bring your own water, as they'd charge .50 cents for a cup of water from their machine, despicable, never again.

The servers do not listen to the orders, miss the ingredients, and put in ones I did not want. Also, they wanted to charge us for water cups - 50c each - I have never seen it in JJ anywhere!

Nope don't do it, do not go to this jimmy johns if you want your order correct. i'm not sure how you even mess up a delayed pick up order. You have so much time to make it.... I used to work at a Jimmy johns and I should've just went and made the sandwich myself. This is the 2nd time that my order has been messed up and I will never be returning. I could go on and on but just don't make the mistake of paying the money to get a sandwich from here.

I ordered a turkey sandwhich and she literally only put 2 pieces of turkey on it and handfuls of lettuce. That was the worst sandwich I have ever had.

They did 10/10 with our sandwichs! Everything was correct with our customizations and they definitely added extra meat. They also cut my husbands giant into 4 pieces without being asked, which he appreciated. Very pleased!

This has to be the slowest and rudest Jimmy John's location. I have gone here a total of 3 times and have yet to have a great experience. My sandwiches are either wrong or unpleasant to eat.

I love the food here but today I almost walked out and asked for my money back. While my food is being made I am watching two girls behind the counter fixing drinks and one of the girls wiped their nose on the back of their wrist. Ok cool but gloves were on and they didn’t change them before making my food it was a very younger girl she needs to be educated before working . Not sure now if I will ever go back.

I won’t be coming back to this location. All three sandwiches were made poorly. No mayonnaise , no lettuce, tomato, onion. I would think we got someone else’s order , but the tags on the sandwiches were ours. Extremely disappointed. Conway location will be the only one I go to , once the sting of this visit wears off.

I walked into this location around 6:30 pm on 2/3/23. There were two women working. One of them was cursing up a storm to her co-worker about her manager. Even as she is taking my order she is still being inappropriate. As I am waiting for my sandwich she has her personal phone hooked up to the speaker. Extremely vulgar music was playing. They did not realize and when they did they couldn’t find the phone to turn off the music. The one co-worker was cursing the entire time I was there. I understand we all have bad days, but there was no level of professionalism. I will never be dining here EVER AGAIN!!

I came to this Jimmy John's last weekend for my favorite Vito. Even though the menu states "no Mayo", I should have reminded them to not put Mayo on it (ham, salami, and capicola do NOT work well with Mayo). First bite in, the sandwich is slathered in Mayo (must be a southern thing, as another Jimmy John's in the area has made this error as well). I called the store (I was already 10 miles away by the time we ate it), and the manager was very nice about it and offered to remake the sandwich at no charge when I was next in the area. Great! I am all for second chances! Today I was back in the area, and I was so hungry for a great Vito! The Manager was not in, but the Assistant Manager was. I explained my situation, and she found the note from the manager about my order. While I entered the store about 12:30 pm and was the only customer, about 2 minutes later, the store filled up fast, and the Assistant was the only one there. So basically she got slammed. She was doing a good job of keeping up with everything. I got my new Sammie - with no Mayo - and was happily out the door. Fast forward to 10 miles later when we had lunch, and we couldn't even bite into the sub. The bread was at least 2-day old bread! The most important part of the sandwich was inedible! So even though my order was a remake, it still should have had all fresh ingredients. I hope they didn't use stale bread just because it was a remake. Anyway - I gave them another shot, and they failed miserably. I won't be back. And it's a shame, because the Vito is usually a pretty great sandwich. You blew it, Surfside Jimmy John's!

Good sandwiches, and the lady working at the time was awesome. We didn't really know how far away this was from our condo, but she immediately had us laughing as soon as we walked in, which made the little extra drive totally worth it.
