They dont have delivery at this location. How a company advertises delivery and doesn't deliver is crazy. To fix that problem they called and asked me to pay the balance of a 3rd party delivery place, instead of a manger stepping up and driving it 1.2 miles and delivering it their selves!

I asked for a lil John roast beef
They put tuna and they added roast beef on it for a 1.25 more only asked for roast beef
He was totally confused when I asked for the lil John roast beef
Who puts tuna and roast beef on a sub
Turkey subs had cucumbers on them .
Oh well..
Next time I'll check the sandwichs before I leave the store .

This was the worst experience ever, I placed a online order and went to pick it up and they messed the whole order up and when I called up to get a refund the workers were very rude and then she hung up on me. Terrible

Freaky Fast doesn't exist at this location. Sat at the drive thru order line for 5 minutes and no acknowledgement. So went to the front door only to see a sign stating Drive Thru Only, so I went back to drive through line and sat another 5 minutes before anyone said anything. Once ordered, I then sat at the PUp window for another 10 minutes before she came to the window only to ask what I ordered? Mind you....ZERO people in the dinning area and we were the only ones in the drive through line. Next time avoid the frustrations and go to Firehouse Aubs across the st.

1/2 my order was missing and no cookies! The sandwich I order is a hunters club large and costs about 20.00 with minimal meat. I keep trying to get a fair deal but no success. I won’t be back!

Ordered my food, 3/4 sandwiches incorrect. I call to have it taken care of and then am told by the Person in Charge I was wrong and I messed up the order because she made them. Terrible service. I called with intentions of just asking them to remake the incorrect sandwiches and it turned into an issue

Bread was raw and undercooked. I left a review online but never got a response. Called the store and can’t get anyone to pick up. Terrible food and even worse customer service.

Just made a return visit to JJ after having a great experience a few weeks ago- see review below! Went today only to get a sandwich with virtually no meat, few toppings and crusty old bread! Unfortunately will not be going back especially since I can hit Publix or Jersey Mikes down the street for a dub with meat on it!

Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in over a year but today’s visit was awesome! Friendly professional service at the drive through and quick service! Ordered the #9 Italian - sandwich was fresh, well prepared with more than ample toppings! I’ll definitely be back!

I just ordered the new roast beef smoked cheddar bourbon club.

This was the absolute worst tasting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never tasted smoked cheddar that was so bad. It didn’t even taste like cheddar. It tasted more like an aged Gouda. The bourbon siracha sauce was terrible. They need to throw that crap away. Wish I could get my money back. Ended up giving it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it
