Ordered my food, 3/4 sandwiches incorrect. I call to have it taken care of and then am told by the Person in Charge I was wrong and I messed up the order because she made them. Terrible service. I called with intentions of just asking them to remake the incorrect sandwiches and it turned into an issue

Just made a return visit to JJ after having a great experience a few weeks ago- see review below! Went today only to get a sandwich with virtually no meat, few toppings and crusty old bread! Unfortunately will not be going back especially since I can hit Publix or Jersey Mikes down the street for a dub with meat on it!
Hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in over a year but today’s visit was awesome! Friendly professional service at the drive through and quick service! Ordered the #9 Italian - sandwich was fresh, well prepared with more than ample toppings! I’ll definitely be back!

I just ordered the new roast beef smoked cheddar bourbon club.
This was the absolute worst tasting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never tasted smoked cheddar that was so bad. It didn’t even taste like cheddar. It tasted more like an aged Gouda. The bourbon siracha sauce was terrible. They need to throw that crap away. Wish I could get my money back. Ended up giving it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it

Saturday I went into Jimmy John’s to get the firecracker wrap , I got all the way home and realized it wasn’t made properly, I called the store I was so frustrated but still remained calm, told the manager (Madison) what happened she immediately apologized and suggested I come back to get a new sandwich, I informed her I live 25 minutes away, and didn’t want to go back over there , she said well the next time your in the area stop by and she’ll give me another sandwich I said thank you, so today I was in the area stopped by and she wasn’t there but (Emercyn) was there and she was very empathetic to me and what happened and gave me the sandwich along with a combo and whatever else I wanted she was over the top sweet and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation, and by the way their sandwiches are always amazingly fresh and delicious ? looking forward to supporting them again this location is the best

Tasteless, over processed material presented as ‘food.’ No hot sandwiches, no way to toast bread. First and last time to patronize a JJ.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.The disrespectful encounter I just had with the girl that was running the drive thru on 8/25/23 at 5pm was beyond me. She was so rude. My boyfriend was trying to give her $20.05 for our food and she said no to us giving her change because she does not know how to do math and she hates when people give her change. so I decided after we left to give the store a call and ask for a manager was on hold for 5 mins and then the girl that served up through the window was the one that answered and I asked for her name and she said no she won’t give it and I said if you are the manager then you should. Then she gave me the name Larry. Then she hung up on me. Don’t recommend ever going here.

I had a tuna sub on their 5 grain bread. First I didn’t realize it would not be a sub roll. I got a sandwich with tuna between two slices of delicious bread. The bread is cut in two for easier eating but there was tuna only one half of the bread. Needless to say what a disappointment. First they should have said it would not be a sub and second the quantity of tuna was one third (if that) of what you’d get on a sub. Needless to say I went to jersey mikes nearby and got a real sub
