Saturday I went into Jimmy John’s to get the firecracker wrap , I got all the way home and realized it wasn’t made properly, I called the store I was so frustrated but still remained calm, told the manager (Madison) what happened she immediately apologized and suggested I come back to get a new sandwich, I informed her I live 25 minutes away, and didn’t want to go back over there , she said well the next time your in the area stop by and she’ll give me another sandwich...
I went in to pick up an order on Sunday. They were obviously understaffed there were only two girls working but only Alexis was doing any work. Idk who that other girl was but she needs to either get off the clock standing there doing absolutely nothing or pick up the pace because Alexis was trying her hardest to get the orders done and help the customers while being polite and respectful knowing the amount of work and tress she was under.

This was the absolute worst tasting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never tasted smoked cheddar that was so bad. It didn’t even taste like cheddar. It tasted more like an aged Gouda. The bourbon siracha sauce was terrible. They need to throw that crap away. Wish I could get my money back. Ended up giving it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it
