Jimmyz Original Hibachi House

I visited the Pine Island Rd location and was truly disappointed especailly since all of my previous visits to Jimmyz were good. I ordered the shrimp and chicken hibachi combo and it left a lot to be desired. First off, I advised that I did not want onions included and they charged me an extra $2! Since when does requesting an item not to be included warrant an additional charge?!? I got back to my hotel and although the food was hot, it was not even close in quality to what I am used to getting from them. The shrimp had no color on them at all and the taste/texture was bad. They were so pasty and white that it appeared as if they were either steamed or boiled. The teriyaki chicken was even worse. If was so dry that it gave the impression that it had either been sitting for a long time or was leftover. If I had decide to eat there in the restaurant, I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. It was thoroughly disappointing.

So so so great! Great value for the $$! We also got a low carb chicken bowl and it was even better than the noodle bowl. We're forgot to take pics tho cuz it disappeared so fast!!!

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant but I ate there last night and I took my first bite of my teriyaki chicken bowl and there was a piece of chicken bone still in my food. The texture immediately made me lose my appetite and I couldn't finish my food. Spent $40 after a tip. My gf ate Sushi and all i could eat was the spring rolls.

We read the previous reviews and decided to try it out. Wow this place was delicious. You get a good amount for the price you pay. It hit the spot and definitely will be back again on our next visit!

Great food! Always great to go too when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Ordered a plate from the coastal grand mall location and found a hair in my food. i take it to the restaurant and they claim no one has that hair color. but how did it get in my food? the hair was brown/ blonde and it had food crust on it so it clearly came from the restaurant.

Beautiful patio with beautiful lights! They were playing amazing music, too. But I’d really like to highlight the service here… it’s AMAZING! ? These guys were so sweet, didn’t forget a thing— and mind you, my boyfriend and I showed up maybe 30 minutes before they closed AND we ordered quite a bit of food. ? At the end of the night we were out on the patio and we wanted to refill our drinks. They turned off their drink machine so they gave us 2 bottles for free! ???? Also also, while my boyfriend and I were taking pictures, they made sure not to turn out the lights before we were finished. Quality customer service ???? we unfortunately did not take pictures of the food ? ??‍♀️

Hands Down the Best Habachi food and Price in Myrtle! 5 stars.

Chicken was tuff and over cooked alittle..but not all of it was dry. Just love the people here and it's very clean always.

I recently took my grandchildren to this establishment for lunch, and I was appalled by the experience. The young man who took our order was wearing a hat with an offensive word on it. To make matters worse, he later brought out our food still wearing the same hat, where my grandchildren could clearly see the vulgar language.

This was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a family-friendly setting. I strongly suggest that the management establish a dress code that prohibits employees from wearing anything with offensive language or images. This kind of thing should never happen in a place where families come to enjoy a meal.

I ordered the deluxe teryika chicken with fried rice and vegetables.
It mainly was a bowl full of tastless rice. Nothing was added to the rice.
A few pieces of tough chicken.
A bunch of large chucks of onion that was barely cooked. It was like eating raw onions.
The broccoli was too salty.
The zucchini was good.
