My food was delicious!! I had the low carb bowl with steak. My stomach for the first time want bloated and feel too full! I told my husband that was the best I've have ate in a long long time. I will go back..We don't go out to eat . So just to have something like this now and than, I think people would appreciate the food they get at restaurants. I would recommend Jimmyz Original Hibachi!! Across from The Mall behind Costco. My name is Lisa! Thank You .

I had ordered to hibachi chickens and got rang up for teriyaki. I ordered teriyaki steak and was going to get hibachi steak and when I let sophi know, she said you never told me that. I stated yes I did and rolled her eyes and talked to other employees about me. I come here all the time. I work in the business and this place has very rude service. They never clean there windows. They had fingerprints all over there windows.

Very good, you get more than enough food and the prices are great. Think of those hibachi places where you stand and wait for your chicken bowl, yesh no. They bring the food to you so you don't have to stand and wait for it.

Ordered teriyaki chicken it didn't taste right. Very bland. That is because there wasn't any teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Yum yum sauce cup was only filled half way. After all these years of going to Jimmy's I won't be returning to purchase food that doesnt have any flavor. So disappointed.

I paid extra for a "bottle" of yum yum. I didn't get it. I also asked for ginger sauce and didn't get that either. The food is nothing special and the service is just not there. Very disappointing. I won't order again.

I frequent this restaurant regularly. The last few times I have ordered, I have not gotten the sauces I asked for. It usually is no big deal. The food is generally on point so I deal with it. I am not one to complain. I always get teriyaki, ginger and I pay for EXTRA yum yum. Thursday night, I ordered a chicken veggie bowl, a side of rice and 2 entrees. I paid for 8 EXTRA yum yums, ordered the teriyaki, ginger with the meal, and paid for one extra ginger. My boyfriend went in to get the food and I told him to please check the bag for the teriyaki and ginger since the last few times I ordered I didn't get any. One of the gingers was in the bag but no teriyaki. When he asked for it the man at the register looked in the bag like they didn't believe him, kind of with attitude, and then gave him the teriyaki. As we were leaving he was telling me about the interaction and said they only gave us 5 yum yum sauces too. So I turned around to go back and get some more. 5 is what should have come with the meal, and I paid for 8 extra. I went back in with the receipt, since I was not the one to pick it up even through it was in my name, to ask for the missing sauces. I spoke with the lady at the register but the man there is who snatched the receipt out of my hand (never gave it back) to make sure I was telling the truth. He grabs the sauces, with attitude, and hands them too me, and I had to walk out the store juggling sauces. He could have at least placed them in a bag for me. That man does not need to be on the front line of your restaurant. Then I get home and my veggie bowl was LOADED with mushrooms, and I asked for none. So I could not even eat it. I also had no onions and asked for onions. There was no way I was going to take it back at that point for the man to give me more attitude. Now the one place that I go to 1-2 times a week has left a bad taste in my mouth because of service and that makes me very sad.

CHECK YOUR PICK UP ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING. we usually have pretty good experiences with this restaurant. however, tonight they forgot to put one of the $15 dinner plates I ordered into my pickup order and when I called to let them know and that I was returning to get my missing plate (one of 5 items ordered on a $75 order) they told me I would have to bring my entire order back so they could check it. so the meal I got for my 5 year old was packed back up and he had to wait an additional 45 minutes before he could eat his dinner. upon my return, the employee there simply touched the outside of the bag without actually looking to see what was inside. so I'm not even sure what the point of bringing the whole order back was. the whole process felt unnecessary for a mistake made on their end. not to mention the fact that I ordered a two way steak and chicken and the plate they remade me is a shrimp and steak plate. so not only did they forget to pack it, they then made it my problem to prove to them they did, and then made the wrong replacement meal. truly poor attention to detail. I guess I should have known better and checked the meal before leaving the second time. learn from my mistakes! double check your order before leaving, you know they aren't!
