We went to Joe's Crab Shack so my fiancé could eat crab. He absolutely loved it and would love to go back. My step-son and I do not like seafood. He ordered the sirloin and was really impressed with it. I ordered the chicken fingers and I was a little disappointed. While the taste was wonderful, they were small and not many on the plate. Overall, we had a great time!

Food was not what we have experienced in the past. We have ate Joe's for several years. This year they just rushed our food out cold refills immediately and then waited about 8-9 min and brought us our check. Not a welcoming place to set down and enjoy your vacation dinner especially at that price and quantity!!!!!

Overall it was good we had reservations and when we arrived they sat us immediately but it was super hot and muggy in the restaurant. Our kids were so hot they drank all their water and it took them forever to refill our drinks. We got calamari for an appetizer and there were more fried jalapeños than there was calamari. I ordered the Crab daddy fest and the snow crab was super mushy and hard to eat, then the king crab legs were not big whatsoever. Was kind of disappointed. My hubby ordered the bbq salmon and he really enjoyed it. I would say overall especially with it being a busy season I understand not everything will flow the right way so I would give it another try in the future.

The food was terrible. Crab legs came fried even though it wasn't specified on menu. They were awful...impossible to get the meat out the the batter made a terrible mess. Makes no sense to fry them when you don't eat the shell??? Fish and chips had absolutely no flavor. Salad was mundane and side order of potatoes and corn was extremely bland...no butter or seasoning. The only good item was the sampler appetizer.

We were at Joe's 3yrs ago and it was amazing! So we went in with high expectations The hostess and waitress were amazing in trying to meet our needs The food was not as good as before and the lack of souvenir cups with our drinks was very disappointing

Our kids loved the kids menu options ! Playground was closed for maintenance but otherwise looked fun! Very family friendly, my son loved the little birthday rock out run around he had to do ! They also thought it was hilarious when a 30 year old was also celebrating and they got her to dance ! Atmosphere was great! Meghan was fantastic and ontop of everything !
Our server, a young lady from Ireland, was a great server! Tasty food!

Great time. Jessie and EJ were our waiters/ hosts and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Thanks for making it a good experience. Only 4 stars because the potatoes were undercooked, but the rest, which the crabs are the most important thing, were really really good. Overall, wonderful experience for a quick stay-cation in Myrtle Beach!
