I visited Joe’s Crab Shack at Broadway at the Beach during Spring Break, traveling all the way from Maryland- and it delivered deliciousness! The food was beyond amazing and the service was exceptional. A special shout out to Anne the manager, whose hospitality made the experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We usually love celebrating my sons birthday here almost every year, but yesterday 12/31/24 was probably our last trip here to this restaurant! Our waitress was really rushy when taking our order, and just was too friendly. She really never acknowledge when I told her we are celebrating his 12th birthday. Usually they sing too him and he was looking forward to that, but not this time sadly 😢. She was rushy with us paying our bill as well.
Okay. Now the food was not that great, I was totally disappointed with the shrimp platter because that shrimp was the most chewy and flavor was off! I'm usually not the one to complain, but this was not what we expected for the price paid.

Everything was good my wife loves this place. This is the closest one to us in Fayetteville so drove it for her birthday. Everything was great portions on crab seemed a bit small nothing crazy that's why it was 4 stars. But outside of that have no complaints will be back at some point.

2nd time eating here. The first time was because nothing else was open or wanted to seat anyone at 8pm. This time, it was by choice. Excellent food. Better than I'd expect from a "chain". I'll have to add this to my regular restaurant rotation. Service was good, and food was great.
