I had not eaten KFC for years before stopping here for takeout. The restaurant was clean and the employees were cordial. The Original chicken was nothing like I remembered though. It just seemed bland. The fries were soggy and ended up in the trash as did the biscuit after a bite. It’s sad to see how far the quality has fallen in the years since I last had KFC.

You can smell the bathroom in the dining room. I've been sitting here for 35 minutes waiting on chicken breasts. I watched them pull the breasts and are absolutely not prioritizing getting my meal out. Absolutely no doubt least organized kfc I've ever eaten at.

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. The workers here are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t take their jobs seriously. Not only was the service slow, but they also couldn’t get my order right even after I repeated it several times. It feels like the staff doesn’t care about customer service at all, and the lack of attention to detail makes the whole experience frustrating. If you’re expecting friendly service and an accurate order, this location definitely isn’t the place to go.

I walked in an employee was leaving didnt even smile, the manager up front looked at me and not a word, no smile, it smelled like mildew, the guy ordering was up there for a few mins and still when i left. No thanks i left, ill stick to kfc n myrtle, never disappoints
