I walked in an employee was leaving didnt even smile, the manager up front looked at me and not a word, no smile, it smelled like mildew, the guy ordering was up there for a few mins and still when i left. No thanks i left, ill stick to kfc n myrtle, never disappoints

I ordered an entire meal. I also ordered 2 orders a hot biscuits. When I got home I only had 1 biscuit order. I called and the girl told me that they have no control over an order made online???? She was serious!! She also told me that my order was correct and I got 2 biscuits. I paid $5.00 for 2 of their little biscuits! Entire experience was a joke!!!!

Employees need customer service training, everyone was very rude!! Plus the restaurant dinning hall was nasty , tables not wiped down! If I could give this place a zero I would!!! Do not recommend anybody ever eat here!!!!

Ordered chicken liver meal it was ok but I got the bitter part of the livers made the food less appealing that means it wasn't cleaned up properly
Also in my box it looked like a lot of liver but actually it wasn't under the liver was a biscuit making it looked like a lot
Also another turn off no gloves was worn I watch my food being made the entire time it took very long atleast the liver was well done but that bitter green parts of the chicken liver needs to be removed and cleaned properly my meal was bitter didn't enjoy at all!
I might not order anymore chicken livers from KFC and just go back to Maryland fried chicken
Was hungry. Great food satisfied completely that hunger!
