Nothing good to say about the lady taking our order. She was the absolute rudest. Ordered chicken nuggets, she didn’t ask what side just told us to pull up so we asked her what side we ended up getting she says fries. Then we ask her for sauce and she seemed quite annoyed that we wanted dipping sauce with our nuggets. I understand this is KFC and you probably get paid a crap wage but a thank you would have been nice. We got a mmmm hmmm

The billing counter lady was rude. In my order extra sauce was included which they didn’t give. When i asked she threw me an attitude and asked to wait.Food was served hot and fast. I appreciate for that❤️

Went through the drive through, asked her to repeat the order because we spent almost $90.00 and she acted like she had it all and I was inconveniencing her to repeat so she didn’t. Get back to room and missing an entire meal and a side.

Second time this place has shorted us food. Won’t be back.

It was frustratingly simple when we went through the drive-thru. By the time we reached the order window, our order was still incorrect. Despite our attempts to correct it, the staff member insisted that we had ordered something we hadn't. I realized that perhaps he misunderstood due to the challenges of hearing clearly through the drive-thru system. When I asked for my receipt, he mentioned it would be in the bag. However, upon checking the bag, the receipt was missing. I requested the receipt, but he continued to make excuses, leaving me feeling overlooked and unsatisfied.

They made a whole order wrong and make me pay 40 bucks for it and they dpnt even give us the receipt so we couldn’t refund it.
They also treat us so badly because we are Asian. What a racist place to visit. Unacceptable
