The crummy app sent my order to the wrong place, but the tall handsome man in the grey shirt helped me directly and the two young ladies at the counter were very polite & helpful.

Came in around 8pm with family, a worker taking out the trash opened the door for us it took a minute for the gentleman behind the counter to take our order, but we didn’t mind because he was washing his hands. Then very politely he took our order! Over all great service, clean environment, food hot and fresh! Thank you very a great service! We enjoyed!

They really need to get their act together at this location. Ended up not eating there. First they didn't have any original which was fine. Then after we went through and placed a COMPLETE order they didn't have any thighs in extra crispy either. Went to Sonic across the street where they have everything on the menu.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered at 5:23 pm, it said it would be ready at 5:45, got there at 5:40 and it wasn’t ready but they said they’d bring it out when it was ready. 20 mins go by and nothing so my boyfriend went inside and they gave our food to the wrong people! They “remade” our food but it was freezing cold and they gave us the wrong order. I tried to call and talk to the manager but the little boy at the front answered and wouldn’t let me talk to him. After the hour long wait of trying to get the right food, I decided to just sit down and eat and found PLASTIC in the coleslaw!!! Beyond disgusted and disappointed.
Ordered mobile order, got there 10 mins later and they tell me that I didnt order. Then realized they messed up. Then took 25 mins to make my order. Claiming that didnt have fries ready.

Fries were hard as rocks. Clearly reheated old fries. Corn was dry and tasteless. Called to complain about it. I'm sorry is all I got. Clearly they don't give a damn.

But the customer service was exceptional!!!
This is hands down the best run KFC franchise between Tampa, Fl, Atlanta, GA; up to Harrisonburg, VA and as far west as Dallas Texas!!!
