Absolutely horrible. Ordered at 5:23 pm, it said it would be ready at 5:45, got there at 5:40 and it wasn’t ready but they said they’d bring it out when it was ready. 20 mins go by and nothing so my boyfriend went inside and they gave our food to the wrong people! They “remade” our food but it was freezing cold and they gave us the wrong order. I tried to call and talk to the manager but the little boy at the front answered and wouldn’t let me talk to him. After the hour long wait of trying to get the right food, I decided to just sit down and eat and found PLASTIC in the coleslaw!!! Beyond disgusted and disappointed.

A place to stop to eat a well-done traditional chicken. In the US, food is more expensive than clothing itself, but it is worth stopping here. The pieces are very large so it is better to order fewer pieces than in Spain. The service is very fast and very calm. Parking is very good as in almost all commercial spaces. They always allocate their own parking spaces. It is on the first line of the road.
Wheelchair accessibility: Enough spaces to park and be able to take out the wheelchair. Very easy and comfortable access.

Recently, my Father-In Law passed, I called on the phone inquiring about making a 100 piece family meal, as we had lots of family in town and I wanted to ease the burden of providing food. The manager told me to come on down. Not only did they make my order, but they made everything fresh, and even gave me some free delish cakes and gave me their sincere condolences. Thank you so much for your kindness. It was noted and greatly appreciated.
We ordered 16 piece bucket and got 2 breasts. The chicken was layered in one bucket starting at the top 4 thighs, 2 wings and 2 breasts, then 4 legs and the bottom 4 wings. Had to go and park and wait and still didn't have the order correct. Substitution without asking :(

I went to this location and never had issues before. I get home after spending over 20.00 on food. I ordered 2 4 piece thighs original. I chicken only. The other 4 piece meal. I got a small pepsi and not a medium like always and when I get home I see this. So I called. Ring ring. I called 11 times. Twice they answer and hung up 12th time they answer hang up and keep the phone off the hook. Really professional I would say. Never going back.
