This is the worst store ever to order on door dash. Half the order missing. Other half of order is wrong. We even got someone else's food. Please don't expect $15 an hour when you can't put a simple Biscuit in a box. Straight

Bring back the fill ups where you get your meal drink and cookie why did you take away the cookie I loved having the cookie with my meal and if you ever bring it back keep it at $5 that was the original price when kfc first put it out on the menu because I remember always saying $5 fill up and kfc your prices are getting too high kfc was once one of the places I would of liked to go to now it's not anymore i liked everything simple and easy and cheap prices it's not just in this state it's for any kfc that I go to in anyother states too.

I'm already sick!!!!My chicken was half breaded, and it was raw and bloody inside, it has made me puke 3 times. I Tried to upload a time stamped picture of the bloody, raw, breast. lucky for you I couldn't.I'm sick and if I have to get medical assistance, I will go to the emergency room and your corporate office will hear from my attorney.Raw, nasty chicken has me sick on my stomach!!!!!!Raw chicken can KILL!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on drive through for an 8 pc chicken family meal dark meat. I arrived home to find out I only had 7 pc including a wing which in my book is not dark meat at all. Tried calling them back twice with no one answer. I will no longer be purchasing from this location. So disappointed!

I ordered the 8 piece original chicken and went home and found a long hair embedded into the skin of a leg piece. I had to throw out the entire bucket. Disgusting! This location at 1020 Glen Forest Road is filthy and should be closed by the health department.

I don't know what they did differently with their chicken, but it was PHENOMENAL tonight! The store was slammed for the dinner rush, so we had quite a wait for the spicy chicken sandwiches, but the staff was extremely friendly and nice.

After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the counter to see what the problem was. “Jaime” said my order wasn’t on her screen. After some unprofessional comments from her I thought it best to get my money back and leave. She is costing your franchise money!

Sadly we not only waited at the register to order for about 5 minutes we also had to wait another 20 on food. When my husband approached the young lady who took our order to ask how much longer do you think our order will take( we didn’t mind waiting we just wanted to make sure the order went through) she was super sweet she then went to ask the managerWe were surprised when the manager stated “I will get to it when I get to it” really nasty attitude. We ended up getting a refund and leaving because she was so rude. Also she really needs to clip her fingernails and wash her hands more often. Very disappointing. I feel sorry for her staff.

Your smart mouthed shift manager told me she “doesn’t care” if the prices on line were different bc she “just works on the inside” but was never asked in to the conversation. It’s wed 10/4/2023 4:14pm and shift manager had no name tag but was doing a cash drawer swap at the drive thru if you care to see who it was. She is a terrible example for your employees as they just shrugged their shoulders at her unprofessional behavior. KFC, you are better off with no shift leader than with that person! There was a 16$ difference in the online menu price and the drive thru. I was simply curious and asking Jamie at the drive thru if she knew, in jumps Miss shift leader and her attitude. Ugh!
