The ice cream was delicious I would come back for the ice cream. The reason I’m giving it a two star is is the man working there with a bun or long hair is extremely rude and it wasn’t only our family as I was waiting outside I over heard another family complain out loud about him. He needs to learn how to speak to people and have customer service. Honestly whoever the manager is needs to speak to him would not recommend if you want to be treated horribly.

Let’s start off by saying that the chocolate covered blueberries are freaking AMAZING! Now let’s talk about my experience I visited the store on 8/3 I purchased 2 apples and 4 pretzel rods I get to the register to pay the system crashes or what ever so I go to the second register an do the same thing it goes through how ever as I’m looking over my purchases for the day I notice 2 transactions for the same amount pending so I’m like I’ll wait till to the next day because sometimes that happens i work retail I’m familiar with it however the purchases went through so I go to the store the next day I asked to speak with the manager a hostile lady came up by the name of Aaliyah I explained the issue she stated that there was nothing she could do for me an for me to take it up with my bank not to mention the first visit was just as bad the way she so was so condescending to her employees was DISGUSTING did I mention I’m from Boston an this is a VACATION I’m not from here an even if I was that’s not the way u treat a paying customer I spoke with owner I don’t really feel like anything was resolved but all in all those blueberries had me so content that I was pissed I didn’t get 2 bags guess I’ll double up at my local fair where I’m treated like a paying customer!!?

Such a cute little ice cream shop! The worker that helped us was super sweet and patient as we tried different flavors. Chocolate toasted coconut and salted caramel were terrific. Definitely stop here for ice cream when you are visiting Broadway on the Beach!! A

We all had a sweet tooth so we went to our trusty Yelp and found Kilwins. It is located in the Broadway at the Beach. Parking was a real pain, we drove around and around until we finally got one. When you enter the aroma of chocolate makes your mouth water. So many choices, I knew before I arrived that I wanted chocolate covered marshmallows. The rest of the family bought an assortment of goodies. This places is not very big and can get extremely crowded. Customer service was good and store is clean and well stocked.
Absolutely the finest pralines I have ever had. They simply melted away, best of all, no grittiness. Diddo with the dark chocolate, cashew and Caramel lumps of happiness . Enjoy.

I had a block of the chocolate peanut butter and a block of the regular peanut butter fudge. Both were excellent. You can tell they made everything right there, they were really good. The staff was very nice too. Glad we stopped by.
