Stopped by for the Harry Potter dz, didn't expect to pay that much but wanted to try them. Donuts were good but prices are getting out of hand. Service was good shop was clean. Only thing I can say is if you want to charge that much make sure the Donuts are actually filled a little better.

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered on the app 3 Gryffindor donuts when we opened them the next day they were wrong and gave us 3 Hufflepuff. Stopped in and spoke to the manager who advised he would do nothing if we didn’t bring back the wrong donuts! That is bad customer service and not the right way to handle the situation. Won’t be back to this location again!

I have been to this location 4 times in the last few months and the never have regular chocolate covered donuts… always say I can get them with sprinkles. I don’t like sprinkles. If you know you always run out why not make more of them and less with sprinkles. Really don’t understand

We’ve had very mixed experiences at this Krispy Kreme. Sometimes everything is great — the donuts are fresh, the staff is friendly, and it feels worth the stop. Other times, though, it’s disappointing.
We ordered the Superhero pack for a Superman fan … but we only got 1 Superman donut. I wish they had told me this and given me the option to choose something else. I likely would have only bought that 1 donut and a mixed box of others.
One issue is staffing. I realize this is a struggle everywhere right now, but even when the shop has no customers inside, it often takes a while before anyone can help. They’re doing *something*, it’s just not serving inside customers.
Staff interactions are hit or miss too — sometimes very friendly and personable, other times just flat and disengaged.
The app is also weird often - I can’t add gift cards anymore, and the other day I tried to place an order with my points and couldn’t make it happen.
That said, we still keep coming back, because when things go well, they really go well - and you can’t get a HOT Krispy Kreme anywhere else and no matter how old I get, I love watching them being iced!
Just wish the service and communication were more consistent.
Stopped in here on the way back to the hotel. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was very clean inside. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. There wasn’t much of a selection when we got there because it was later in the day. Donuts are made in front of you. It was cool to watch the whole process. We only got the glazed. They were hot and fresh at the time. Tasted delicious.

You can't find a fresher donut anywhere, Literally they melt in your mouth, They are delicious I can't get enough, If you get there early you can watch them being made kids love this. Free hats to kids ,clean restaurant, friendly professional service, plenty of parking, convenient location. Coupons were just Sent out take advantage now great deals 🍩🍩🍩 And coffee just five bucks.

I keep getting ads on my phone for the new Italy inspired donuts. I tried to order online and the ap kept asking for a pick up time but wouldn't accept any time. So I drove over to the store. Stood there for five minutes while no one acknowledged me. Just to find out they didn't have any ready...
