Horrible experience at the 100 South King's Highway store. Ordered online. Received confirmation. Pickup time set. Arrived, and zero acknowledgment of order. Looked it up, mumbled "oh well" 1 hour till we can make glazed doughnuts.. our most popular item. Waited 30 minutes. Watched them turn away 6 customers. Inquired about my order.. told, I would have to cancel order.. and reorder someplace else. And oh, still 1 hour to make glazed doughnuts. Left store, reordered from store 2 miles down the road. By the time I got there, order ready to carry out. 1806 North Highway store operates properly. 100 South store is a failure.

Donuts were hot and fresh. Most of the other donuts were out. The workers seemed to be aggravated, waiting on customers. There were 4 people standing in line, and it took over 30 minutes to be waited on. I don't have an issue waiting, but the customer service could have been a lot better! I don't like seeing employees speaking to customers the way they did.
